Royal Crown

Pro’s: Rooms are surrounded with Tea farms, full of greenery and peaceful. They have lot of amenities for the kids( snooker table, table tennis, carrom, foosball, Air hockey, football ground(can be utilised for cricket as well) and there is kids play room as well(but not maintained properly). They have inter community vehicle to go to parking/reception/restuarant which is helpful. Warm hospitality, service is good and food is decent( not too good and not bad). Rooms are maintained properly. There is camp fire happens night time in common area with loud music which gives you vibes in the cold weather. Con’s: very far from Ooty centre(around 40kms). Road from the main road to inside resort is not good and there are no lights which feels bit scary at night times. They don’t provide alcohol which is downside for boozers.

We stayed for one night only but the experience is amazing. Location is top notch. literally the place located on the mountain top and the view is spectacular. The way to Royal Crown needs some work like only one vehicle can pass at a time so it's recommend to come in the day time to avoid the fear of depth ( fun note: it's not that the way is full of tea plantation. . Food is amazing and the staff is well trained to support your stay.

A very pleasant stay and we honestly didn't expect such hospitality. Right from cleaning staff to buggy drivers to f&b staff, they were all polite, caring and treated us like their family members. Kids had their best time as the property is well situated in a calming meadow surrounded with forest. The food prepared here felt homely. I highly recommend this place for family, friends, reunions.

this Royal Crown royal crown was located in an isolated place and we enjoyed a lot at the Royal Crown during our stay. really kids enjoyed a lot 😀. nice place for couples and family to have to have their relax and fun time with kids. i recommend this Royal Crown to everyone

Excellent choice at kotagiri for families and bachelors. Resort is located in a valley inside a tea estate and can experience a fabulous view. Neat and clean big size rooms with balcony and great service.

Royal crown is a fantastic option if you look for a family retreat into a hill! the staff are so courteous and treat you like their own family! this is our 2nd visit and we will keep coming here every year.

Wonderful stay at royal crown resort. Really royal stay. Super luxurious villa inside tea estate. Delicious food. Only problem situated at remote area. You should drive 1. 5 km from public road. A narrow dangerous hill road
