Royal Farm Resort | Rooms & Pool

1. We were provided a very early check-in at 9:30am since we reached early. Even though the rooms were not ready, we were given a room where we could freshen up and in the next 10-15 mins we were provided with a neat & tidy room to begin our stay. 2. The stay included breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner as part of the package. Food was very tasty and the quantity was very good. Breakfast included ( poha, upma, bread omlette, tea & coffee. Lunch & dinner included veg thali, egg thali, chicken thali & sea food thali. 3. The hosts went out of their way to drop us to alibaug city centre from where we could rent a bike which was a very good gesture on their part. 4. The room was neat and clean and the lobby was also well maintained. 5. The pool was also keep clean with staff removing the leaves etc on a regular basis. 6. Suggestion to the hosts to ensure that the curtains of the windows need to be ch-aged as they were transparent. Our room was located right in the front with a view of the pool so people from outside can easily look into the room because of the curtains. 7. The washroom cleanliness was not upto the mark and needs to be looked into. There were a lot of ants in the washroom and the drainage was also blocked which we had to deal with. 8. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay. Will surely plan to visit again.

Bathrooms were not having any accessories. There were cockroach in bathroom. Bedsheet were little smelly. Otherwise rooms were quite big and must say food was amazing. Host were really good. Apart from this as mentioned in reviews about spa and gym which the property don't have should be removed from the list

Location is reachable and not far from alibaug and nagaon beach. Homely made food which is usp of the stay. Need to work on room ambience and washroom. Overall stay is comfortable. Like it

Rooms are good and clean. Ambience outside is well maintained. Decent swimming pool for adults and kids. However needs improvement in food and has long wait times for preparation

Prompt service and good and helpful staff, and food the were very good. The staff were one call away.

Good place to spend a weekend. Clean room and pool. Also, the food is good. Recommended for family vacation.
