The service and food was best.. but the size of the room was small as per the description given. I was expecting a little more space in the room

Everything is good but food is over priced as compared to other hotels in kolkata , rooms have very very less space

the property location was good we face 2-3 problems in washroom and the lights was flashing off 3-4 times in a day and bathroom bath had a major problem and leakage of water I saw a lot of good review about this hotel but face these minor things make me sad staff was good overall the should solve all these problems of rooms

My room was a bit on the smaller side, as expected, but it was incredibly tidy and arranged in a way that felt cosy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and it provided a great place to rest after a long day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service.

Lack food service availability,poor bath towel n bed sheet quality, lack of service assistance esp. during breakfast..

bedsheets have holes and pillows are very old and stinking .. not to be recommended to anyone staff behaviour is also terrible

Good Clean & No Fuss Stay. Go for it without a second thoughts. Check in and Check Out was seamless and location is also convenient.
