Royal Garden Resort (FREE WATER PARK ENTRY)

The room was very clean and beautiful. The atmosphere was tremendous at the resort and the food is very tasty.

lights went continuously even after taking super deluxe room phone was broken and not proper colour was worn out

location is accessible, food is good, Waterpark and Kids play area are good, service was prompt, overall good

It was a great experience with MMT. The price was quit reasonable compared to other websites. The stay was also very amazing, food quality was superb. The staff and the Team of Royal Resort were very friendly. Overall it was a good experience we had. Enjoyed. Thanks

Checked in midnight 12.30,requested late check out by 12 n was refused .AC Was not working so got replaced room at night again by 1.30 AM and that room not307 AC also stoped working and stoped cooling. Gallery window can't keep open to get air inside cause of autospring pulled. We couldn't sleep whole night lot of saffocation .morning am again called them n hotel staff came and did manage to restart it and left By 8 am there was blast in switch board nd it's got tripped.so again No AC working .again launched complaint than they offer me replacement of Room. Only went to that room allowed us to sleep .Family members were angry nd upset as couldn't sleep well as we travelled a lot thru out day .and big joke now.NO HOT WATER WAS COMING IN ROOM FOR BATH SO THEY EXCHSNGE HOT BUCKKETS AFTER COMPLAINT. My last day of holiday experience was horrible .Our bad luck cause we choose such mishandled resort for stay .paid 3900 in advance so got this bitter treatment .Even staff told on line walo ko specified rooms only we give. Thanks makemytrip for spoiling our holidays .

Waste of Money , extremely unhygienic. There were cockroaches coming out of the bed. My family was extremely disappointed and he came back in the evening itself . Dirty rooms and toilets..I wasted my money of a place Inhad great expectations from.

After checking in, I realised that shower tap was broken. Checked withe service team and they requested to change the room. The interiors were bad. The AC was not cooling properly in the night and suddenly started leaking water and making noise around 2.30 AM. TV set top box was missing. Curtains were smelly. Not worth specially when I spent 6k for one night.

Rooms were clean and specious, we got good room service, food was delicious, we enjoyed water park but timing should be at least till 6 pm or 6:30 pm overall it was nice experience.

i have been many times in this hotel but this time my experience was not good, rooms were not clean and bathroom door was broken..

The property was good in terms of location and water park facilities. Family can enjoy the whole day. Food quality is very good. The staff are courteous. Open parking is available. The cleanliness of the room and surroundings were average. Note: I visited during the rainy season.

Hotel ambience was good, eatery at nearby Kathiyawadi was awesome. In hoise restaurant was also nice but litle costly. Not worthy for night stay if you are planning for only water park activities. Better to go back your ome if you are from mumbai
