All the information i was given about the hotel was wrong. The place where the hotel was booked was 60 kms away from there, whereas during my trip it was shown to be 14 kms away. For this i called the hotel and they also told me that it is quite far from the lake. At night i got a call from the hotel that your money will be refunded and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I also mailed several times on make my trip but nothing happened. Request that my money be refunded

We have a decent stay at this property. Hotel rooms and washrooms were clean, tidy and nicely setup. Hotel staff is cooperative and helpful. Hotel food is also good. The only thing is the hotel premises due to a wedding happening at the day it was all messy and crowds inside the hotel premises. Rest of all it was a decent experience in the hotel 👍🏻

Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been to pilibhit for adventure trip with family. Hotel/resort is the good location and suitable for family member. I booked the hotel and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price

The property has a good proximity to shopping centers and malls. However, some guests faced issues with the noise level and service quality. The breakfast spread needs improvement and some guests faced issues with check-in and housekeeping. Overall, the property is recommended for its location, food, and hospitality.

Booked 2 room, but location is too far from safari points. Around 1. 3 hr travel required to reach safari point which is not at all worth it. My package is inclusive of breakfast but they don't have kitchen and limited breakfast. Like toast and parantha. Food item menu charges are way off and too expensive.

The resort is not fully functional. Believe me it does not have a television. They told me that the tv has been ordered. Mosquitoes at night and flies in the morning. Stacked rubbish everywhere. It's hell like. The only saving grace was the attitude of the staff who worked there. Pretty helpful. Mm t should duelist this property as of now.
