The property was located at a very nice location. The staff was very helpful. Room was very neat and clean.

Food is very tasty but room service not good

This property had denied room against my booking & instead sold my room offline at possibly higher tariff and unprofessionay denied any arrangement at 11pm in night to me travelling with family. Neither did they inform the customer for non availability of room till I reached the property after 2 hours of booking. Pathetic behaviour on part of Property owner.

I found on mmt only Hotel room was very small washbasin was not cleaned and very old toilet commode's upper seat was broken and toilet was very dirty No hot water phone was there but was not working I had to go personally two floors down for 4-5 times for asking room service 2-3 times I ask for towels but no one helped no toothpaste or toothbrush was there only shower gel was there but after asking for soap also they didn't provide tv was there but don't know was working or not staff was helpful but couldn't help on above issues room was ok for 500rs rent but when you pay ist not worth it

cleaning not good. hot water issue no clothes hanger when we stay electricity issue room sarvice not good

everything was fine but the food i ordered was veg n they served me veg mixed in non veg n thats not pardonable

The location and facilities are good. And, reception desk executive is polite and supportive.

Worst ever experience. Washroom not at all clean. Bucket and Wash tub in yellow colour. No shower gel or soap. No locks in the washroom. Main door also lock very poor. Ac not in proper working condition. We paid almost 10k for 3 nights which I feel was worth paying only 1k for 3 nights. No Room cleaning done in the 2 days. No lift. Tv not in working condition. Request all to please boycott this Hotel. it's just a name given as "ROYAL".

The room was spacious, very clean, and made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend.

Location was very good near to Mapro garden. Pool was clean better for family as well all was good staff is good they have no own kitchen tieup with nearest hotel...food was good

The Location is Good Just 2km away from Mapro Garden has Very good veg Restaurants near by the Hotel even the hotel Staff are Good and Polite.. Also The Surprise was the Camp Fire Is Charged 300rs for Wood Which was little Disappointing but at the summer season it was okay without camp fire ... a Perfect Budget Stay with Swimming pool & Camp fire .

The location is fine - on the main road. Nearby popular destination. However, what one see in photo is totally different than what is actual. The hotel is actually behind, there is 7-8 feet wide entry road which is okay, but pm both end - a lot of kabad is there. Foul smell was coming continuously from nearby property. Power backup is a myth. I had a call at 4:30 pm ist, at the exact instant power went off including wifi. And staff told it would take another 20 mins, so what's the meaning of backup? we had dinner within hotel restaurant - food was okay, but cleanliness was definitely an issue. It's clearly written smoking within premises wasn't allowed, however someone on the floor was smoking day in and day out, and we were doing passive smoking. No staff thought of stopping. So just writing rules on to lure customer won't work, you have to actually deliver. I am writing this to let customers know the reality of whats told and what's given. We were given 1 unit of packaged. Mineral water, our sty was for 2 people 2 days. When we insisted that it's our right to have 1 liter per day per person then they gave us. The hotel also allows dharamshala type stay for school students - like 8-10 people in a room who were constantly creating nuisance and no one was taking cognizance. Of the same. Pathetic stay experience.

All amenities were good. A good stay i can mention. Security wise, parking, and cleanness, everything was good

Good and comfortable stay. The rooms are good, neat and clean. If you contact the hotel directly, you can get a better price for booking.

Good hotel for stay. Good location, restaurants and other activity centres close by. Has a lots of steps to climb so wouldn't recommend for people with knee problem. Polite and helpful staff.

The room was average, not properly cleaned . Swimming pool cleaness was average. There was some group booking in hotel causing lot of disturbance from early morning.

Just good, not anything to feel special, don't go with uploaded photos, no any glass or chairs are provided. Just ok.

The location is good parking is a little congested food is good provide soap and separate shampoo, comb and hair dryer can be the improvement area

No lunch n dinner facility available in resort, no any indoor out door activities available, only staff behaviour is good.
