We visited Leh and booked for 20 days. The owner and manager were very hospitable and welcoming. They arranged a nice room with a nice view of the hills. The room is well sized with a well sized and stocked bathroom. The room heater is of a circulating water type and works very well. It is very conveniently located, at a 5 minutes walk from the Leh main market. The management and staff was very hospitable and courteous. Even though they were not running buffet breakfasts as the occupancy was low, they made sure we were well taken care of with tasty food served in the room. Service was stellar. A stay here is highly recommended.

The Royal Holiday Hotel location is great and it is surrounded by cafes and markets. The staff is extremely helpful and made sure our stay was very comfortable. They also helped us with our inner line permits and other bookings. We tried the breakfast at the Royal Holiday Hotel and were happy with the quality of the food. The view is very good but the rooms get a little stuffy at night. It is also slightly noisy at night, if you like to go to bed early. The place is new so all the fitting are good but the facilities are limited. However, overall our stay was comfortable.

Very hospitable and warm team from Guljar to Sushant to the bell boy. They made me and my family feel like VIP. Very practical and courteous folks at the Royal Holiday Hotel. Gave proper guidance on sightseeing, took care of food and what not. Though the location is slightly off the thoroughfare yet the rooms are well appointed and vibrant with all the modern amenities. Facilities are excellent.

The approach road to the Royal Holiday Hotel was very bad, the surrounding was tolerable, the staff was polite and friendly. One major complaint is that there was a very foul smell in the lobby. Wi-fi was available but very erratic.

The Changspa Road is undergoing some renovation, therefore the approach is somewhat not good. The staff is excellent and very hospitable. Went out of way to help us. They offered us to choose from available rooms-with balcony or bigger rooms! Food is great. Good value for money. I will be vary happy to stay again.
