Royal Hometel Suites

The rooms are good and the property is also good. But the staff here is somehow slower than average. Reception staff was so slow and busy having fun with each other that they did not care to keep the guest waiting(both the times while checking in and checking out had same experience) room service was good but again slower than average took around 30-40 mins just to get water bottles which should have been readily available at room while checking in!

Had a wonderful stay at the property. I had booked for two days but after experiencing the quality hospitality i extended it for 7 more days. Rooms are comfortable and cosy, food was delicious, housekeeping guys were prompt, restaurant staff took minute care to make us comfortable and served with dedication, the swimming pool had clean water and overall it was more than worth the money paid. Reception needs professionalism and swiftness.

Liked property with good ambience and hygiene team hospitality is also nice. Location is very convenient just on express way with good connectivity to ahmedabad highway, metro and railway station. Though my stay was brief had comfortable stay in well maintained room with cosy bed and spacious washroom. Booking support from makemytrip is quite amazing, like to appreciate prompt response to my query

The stay was great and pleasant all thanks to rabindra the housekeeping manager who made sure the stay was great. And 1 negative feedback to danish the front desk boy to at-least smile when you are doing check in worst front desk person ever seen no proper communication and nothing it seems he is not at all interested in check in and his work.

The stay is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The buffet at the flavors dining is very average. Food can be made better. The fish fingers and chicken served as starters had too much salt, the noodles were dry, and tasteless. There is no sky lounge as such as shown in the brochure. It's just a closed banquet/conference hall.

Keep up the great work. the room and the bathroom both are super clean and cosy , my rating 10/10 the Royal Hometel Suites ambiance has amazing positive vibes and the swimming pool is simply lovable.🥰

It was very warm welcome. No unnecessary disturbance. Excellent room service. I want to mention here the room service man who bought food in was full of values. I was just watching him. I want to say thanks to him. And one request please improve the main course lunch but breakfast was excellent. Thank you regards

We have been staying in this Royal Hometel Suites quite often. Good service and food. Staff is professional and helpful. Security is high. When un mumbai i can't think of staying somewhere else.

Royal hometel suites over all experience is superb, facilities given by them also superb, food quality is fabulous.

Property is on the outskirts of mumbai. Descent place. It’s on main western express highway. Rooms are bit small.
