Royal imperio - Surajkund

I am an international player of India. So I have to travel at many places all over India. Once I stayed at Vivanta by Royal imperio - Surajkund Royal Imperio at Suraj Kund. Hotel is clean, staff is really very good and cooperative on and over Royal imperio - Surajkund is very well managed by each and everything. The Royal imperio - Surajkund staff really helped a lot for me as myself Spinal cord injury they really cooperated with me, the staff members who helped us are Nilofar. I am thankful of Royal Imperio and their staff members. Now whenever I get a chance to stay at Delhi I will always stay at Royal Imperio Royal imperio - Surajkund. Some of the staff members have won our hearts, whose names are Nilofar. My special thanks to Nilofar.

The Royal imperio - Surajkund is conveniently located with excellent rooms. Rooms and lobby are very clean, aesthetically designed and decorated. Service is very good with a personal good. Breakfast and dinner are good, sumptuous and tasty. Some more variety need to be introduced both in breakfast and dinner. I Am overwhelmed by the personal care taken by the restaurant staff including the general manager. Reception desk was very prompt in addressing any concern of the guests. Reception staff are very well behaved. Would like to stay there whenever I visit Faridabad.

Checked in late night for a short business stay. The rooms are quite big &maintained well. Staff is courteous. Break fast was decent. Guess the owner of the property along with his fly members were there to ensure that the guests had a memorable & comfortable stay.

A reasonable clean place to stay. Spacious rooms. Decent staff. If you are passing by, or on a business trip it's good to stay. Breakfast is way too basic. And the timing were till 9. 00 a. M. That was the only point i did not like. Rest was o. K.

We travelled for exam purpose and booked a Royal imperio - Surajkund near the center. It was beyond our expectations. Royal look and Grand interiors. Nice staff behavior and facilities.

Went to this place second time, though Royal imperio - Surajkund is neat and clean with good location and ambience but they need to improve on food in terms of variety and taste

Enough parking space, little bit more cleaning and maintenance is required to meet 4 star Royal imperio - Surajkund level. Water seepage in room, need repairs.

I Am overwhelmed with the services offered and the way staff especially Deepa Singh Chauhan handles customers. Nice and clean rooms and interior is very good.

False smell was there in d room after saying so many times they have not changed d room

It was primarily banquet not Royal imperio - Surajkund It had no restaurant

Hotel located in a locality. Marketsnearby. Spacious Royal imperio - Surajkund. Clean.

Location of the Royal imperio - Surajkund is a bit far from the main city. Very limited options Around to hangout or shopping or fun activities.

Very good and new property. Breakfast is served in room but quality is really good. Staff is courteous and on the toes to assist you.

All are services so good so I am coming again.

We stay there for three days. And we like food and hospitality there.

It was really an amazing and good experience. One should visit at least for once.

It was good stay, for business trip to Faridabad and from pollution. Helpful smiling staff behaviour, good service.

Visited Delhi for the first time. Stay was quiet superb. Hotel staff were courteous and helped us whenever, wherever possible.
