Had a wonderful stay here! The hospitality was warm and attentive, making us feel welcomed right from check-in. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The location is peaceful and beautifully tucked away from the city crowd, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a calm setting. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway. Great experience overall!

If you are 70 Years old then Go for it because you don't expect anything from life Disappointing Experience at Hotel Royal Jardin Whistling Pines Resort I recently stayed at Hotel and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. Room Discrepancy and Unhelpful Staff I had booked a Super Deluxe room, but upon arrival, I was informed that only 1 room is available and that had no mountain views as shown in MMT and all such rooms were occupied. The staff offered me a Deluxe room with mountain views as an alternative. However, I was charged an additional ₹3,000 for my 7-year-old child apart from total booking amount of for 2 nights including breakfast , despite MakeMyTrip listing the extra charge as ₹1,500. When I raised this issue, the hotel management was unresponsive and did not offer any compensation. Limited and Subpar Dining Options The food menu was extremely limited, and the quality was average at best. Breakfast consisted of only two options, and there were noticeable hygiene concerns in the dining area. Unresolved Complaints and Poor Customer Service I escalated my concerns to MakeMyTrip, who contacted the hotel management. Despite their intervention, the issues remained unresolved. The hotel manager even discouraged me from contacting MakeMyTrip, citing the volume of complaints they were receiving. Pressure to Leave Positive Feedback On the final day, the manager insisted that I leave a positive review. Although I complied at the time, I later updated it to reflect the true nature of my experience. Conclusion I am thoroughly disappointed with the hotel's management and staff. The lack of professionalism and customer care was evident throughout my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The location, the view was mesmerising and the room service was also good. The quality of rooms was also good. The food was also good. A perfect stay to go.

hotel is good .staff is also good.but G.M is not cooperative .he demands more money .for those things which are included as free.

The resort is located between mashobra & naldhera. The rooms are spacious and have ample parking space. Food is very good at a reasonable price. The staff is very polite & hospitable. The only area of improvement is to have a glass partition in the shower area to keep the bathroom dry.

It was completely opposite to what was shown. It was a very bad hotel

Locality is good staff behaviour is also nice but room quality is not proper. Food quality is very bad.

Biggest problem was ac was not there. And breakfast is something they need to work on rest all ok thanks.

Hotel ambiance is good, staff very supportive, facilities are good. Good hill and valley view. Should add more options in breakfast, like one south indian dish

Hotel was great. Location was amazing. The outside lawn at night looked fabulous. There were carom to play. The rooms have side seating sofa adjacent to the window which was really amazing. 🥲

Room booked by make my trip was moisture added we could not move there comfortably next day they convinced us and arranged 2 rooms for next day by fresh booking but food verity and quality was not good

They stay was very comfortable, property is nicely maintained. Hospitality was top notch, with the gm himself interacting with the clients. The lawn is the main attraction, to relax and enjoy the mountain / valley views.

Nice location having views of mashobra green valley. Located on the way to kufri from shimla. The resort has nice rooms and breakfast was also good. The options could have been more

Hotel connectivity, ambience and staff was nice. You will feel close to nature in there hotel however you should go for premium rooms as the room provided were really cold and inside however the hotel provided us complimentary heater so nice of them

There's a drastic difference in what is shown in pics and what is actually being provided in hotel.

Hotel was fine, staff was also very helpful. The only thing that was not acceptable was charging of 10% service charge besides 5%gst for in room ordering which is against recent government orders. Upon raising this issue with the reception staff they said they have orders from management and can't do anything about it. Pretty sure such charges are being levied across the board and i hope mmt will look into this matter.
