Host is an amazing person. Lovely stay and good view. Rooms were clean and nice. Food is supplied from a nearby restaurant.

Room was big and clean, Mattress was good. Caretaker of the property was really helpful. Best part is it’s just opposite to odyem beach. Best stay given the price they are charging.

Good place. Cars have to navigate carefully due to narrow lane. SUVs may not be able to get inside. Resort is. Lean. No restaurant in the resort but there are some closer by

Good service. Decent breakfast. Caretaker of the resort is good. Suggests on nearby places to visit. Got me a cab to travel Trivandrum in a moments notice. Staff are good. New buildings as part of resort extension near the sea don’t completely obstruct the view but for good view, need to walk past the building.

The property is barely 100m from the best beach in Varkala. Odayam is less crowded, so perfect for a small group. The architecture is traditional and quaint! They take care of all amenities. Sajjid is a very helpful and kind host. The breakfast could be better, but they do the best they can given that there's no active restaurant! Value for money! They are also building some cottages right on the beachfront so the view is going to get even better! Also pretty safe for female travellers.

The resort is situated in beautiful place walking distance to sea beach. Rooms and bathroom are very clean with necessary amenities. Service good. Everythings are ok. Manager mr sajid is very good person. Thanks to make my trip.

We had a good experience at Royal Kazbay. While we were expecting a beach view based on the resort’s description, the ongoing construction made the area feel packed. However, the staff and the owner were very helpful, which made our stay enjoyable.

Was okay and the stay is a bit far from the cliff and the parking is bad. Facilities are ok and service is also fine. Not a luxury stay by any means

Some of the excellent points - 1, the location being next to the beach 2, spacious rooms and necessary amenities with good maintenance 3. Traditional kerala looking building 4. Responsive and friendly members points that can be improved, breakfast varieties and quantity. Limited options.
