Royal Meadows Igatpuri | 2 BHK Pool Side Villa

Really enjoyed my stay at Royal Meadows! The villas are spacious, the staff is friendly, and the surroundings are so calm. Would definitely visit again!

This is a nice tidy place. We enjoyed a lot. The pool is shared but was warm when raining which made it absolutely amazing.... The meals were excellent, tasty and worth trying. The quantity in breakfast (Complimentary) was not much but it was okaish.

It was good villa. Had a nice stay there. Pros - big spacious villa. Location is well connected. Cons - they don't provide free drinking water. We need to ask them to provide towels.

This stay is really so good no complaint needed and the view amazing. I loved the stay view and the cleanness. I also have some suggestion - there is only one care taker and the guy can’t do everything at one time kindly give him helping hand - ⁠change the quality of blanket

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Location is a plus point. Approach road can be improved as it is quiet away from the city center.

Property is very good and have nice surrounding. We liked sitting on the terrace and enjoying nature. Care taker was very cordial and prompt. Only downside is power supply. We stayed for a day, so can't say this is generally the situation. There was no power available throughout our stay. Power backup is there, but what it means geyser and microwave could not be used. We managed to get water when supply was available for 15 mins. There needs to be a proper backup available.

This is a stay for atleast 4 people. And maybe more. There are other villas available with 3 bedrooms to accommodate more guests. The food we ordered was great. Complimentary breakfast was provided to us which was amazing. I would recommend the egg bhurji. The swimming pool was clean. Location is scenic and easily accessible via car. There's a parking spot available for your vehicle and the rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Ac and geyser were functional. They provide a microwave and fridge as well if need be. Overall an excellent option if you wish to stay at igatpuri. Our only regret was we couldn't book for more than one night due to personal time constraints.

Very beautiful bhk villa and it's a quiet place with good amenities. The villa owner and the caretaker tushar were very friendly and helpful. We totally enjoyed the stay over there. Overall a memorable experience. I strongly recommend this place for weekend gatherings with family or friends, especially during the rains as you will be able to see the waterfall. Local homemade food is very tasty and budget-friendly. Overall service is excellent. The location of the villa is very lovely and has a beautiful view. Well maintained villas with ac in all rooms except the living room. The balconies are very nice. The only problem is that there are many mosquitoes at night which need to be taken care of.

The property is safe to stay in, i really appreciate the staff of the villa, they are all very accountable about their work

We were hosted by roy who also happened to be at the location on the same day! property location is beautiful and google maps will guide to right at the door steps. Amenities and the villa is quite nice. Caretaker's makes nice food and are very polite.

We ordered veg for sat lunch but it was pathetic then we ordered chicken at night (home-cooked) again not what we expect it from village taste. Instead, order it from local dhaba or hotels it will taste better but will go more costly. But then if u prefer good food you have no options but spending more money on food.

The villa is within a gated community, with modern looks and infra. Excellent facilities and very hygienic. The caretaker was helpful, and food provided by the cook was very delicious and hygienic. Location is very scenic with meadows and hills surrounding the villa. Overall, excellent place to stay and value for money.

Overall the property is good to stay for relaxing and unwinding. The villa was clean. My suggestion to the owner is to provide food facilities and also toiletaries for the tariff of the room charged.

Amazing experience, loved it. Would save the location for future!
