My expectations not reached for my payments but extra bed given after our request, and both day and night Hot water not provided for bath

Old building , poirly maintained , average service , no innhouse kitchen , No stool in washroom , only advantage is proxinity to Railway Station.

terrible, no power had been struggle a lot, not able to charge laptop n mobile very untidy room with limited lighting. can't even read boo

Rooms are over priced subject to their offer such as 1. Non AC room doesn’t have cattle & tea coffee facility 2. ⁠Rooms are shabby- beds are not up to the mark, need more cleanliness 3. ⁠toilets are ordinary - toilet kits are inadequate & not up to the marks

Location - excellent Facilities - good Food - good

Location was great But all other hotel facilities were poor Not even tissue in the bathroom and when asked they said they have ordered and they didn't deliver

The property seemed old with many of Electric Equipment getting dismantled There was delay in Room Service. one time there was no service at one time other than that there seems no other big issue

Receptionist not informed about the breakfast is complementary or not Very poor communication from staff..

I have called 4 times to restaurant for food. None of them have attended the call. Even mineral water also once we remind they will provide

Property is very old one and hardly renowated. The bedsheets and blankets had Hair in it. Also they provided towels which were not washed. Overall poor place to stay

Located at near to Railway Station and Bus Stand. Hotel atmosphere is good. Service and Response is good. Many Restaurants available near by the Hotel.

I found the atmosphere at the hotel very relaxing and comfortable. The room ambience was very welcoming and the staff behaviour and interaction were very polite and customer friendly. Their dinning room facility was very good and food served was of good quality.

The plus points are the location of the property, the staff who were very polite and helpful, and good sleeping mattress. Si basically good for an overnight stay because of convenience. Hotel managent could have invested in better linens in the room and there are no hand towels or tissues avaiable in the room. Only two worn out bath towels were avaiable. Also toilets dont have any bath curtains. A small investmwnt can make a world of difference. I will not recommend a non aircon room

The hotel is outdated. Quality of the bed and other facilities is poor. Breakfast was good. Service is also average. The room is not worth for the money. We will get good facilities for the same amount of money from other hotels

Difficult in parking but all are good helping staff and food

A decent place to stay and their breakfast is good. Staff behaviour is very courteous. They keep their premises very clean.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Only dissapointment was the food menu. Half of the items listed in the room service memu were not available. Overall a good experience
