Booked club room for a day for business trip - allocated 717. Considering mixed reviews, while booking was skeptical of the service. However booked as it was close to my place of business. However, i was positively surprised with the care to smaller details. From the time car arrived at door till i departed, everything was good: - room was well sized, neat and clean, old property but well maintained - check in experience was smooth. Every notes mentioned while booking, 100% of them, were taken care without any reminder at time of room allocation. - in room dining was fully automated and digital (advanced tech like bangalore) - food was good lunch (chineese) and bf - checkout including food bill settlement was few minutes (everything was ready post request on phone.

Hotel location is excellent, really central as the name says. Service was v good. Initially i was given corner room at second floor. With a wooden door between adjoining room. Guests were having a party in the adjoining room, too noisy. Even beyond 12 midnight. So i complained. They were responsive & changed the room. Breakfast spread was good. All rooms are fitted with a bathtub, could b an attraction for some. Overall a good experience. There is an udipi restaurant v near the gate.

Excellent rooms, very cooperative staff. Breakfast spread is limited but food quality and taste is great. In-room dining is quick. Few suggestions, water served in rooms in glass bottles are not sealed. Not sure whether they are washed after the checkout by previous guests. The toothbrush provided is very inferior, doesn't even last during the 1st use.

Excellent location, clean rooms, nice washroom, comfortable bed. The tv did not seem to be working, maybe the remote batteries were dead. Apart from that, the stay was overall satisfactory. The staff had smiling faces and were always polite and helpful. Had the buffet lunch which was a good spread and delicious.

Hotel is staff are quite courteous and helpful, Royal Orchid Central Bangalore rooms looks older compared to photos but it is clean. It is located banging in the centre of the city
