I had a wonderful stay at Royal Orchid Central Pune. The location is perfect and easily accessible, which made travel very convenient. Poor Stay

My recent stay at this hotel—my 4th visit—was disappointing. The air conditioning in the first room did not work, and even after being moved to another room, the problem persisted. Early in the morning, hotel staff carried out maintenance work in an adjacent room/corridor, resulting in continuous hammering and drilling. Despite raising multiple complaints, the noise continued. Additionally, the hair dryer functioned for only about 10 seconds at a time before needing a 5-7 minute cooldown to restart. Given these recurring issues and the lack of resolution from staff, it was not a pleasant experience. I will have to reconsider staying here again in the future.

I booked this hotel for 3 days, and on the third day, there was no electricity at for more than 6 Hours between 4 PM to 10 PM. Yes, you read that right – a complete blackout with no alternate arrangements provided. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any hotel. While the staff tried their best, the real responsibility with the management. It’s shocking that a reputed property like Royal Orchid Central Pune could allow guests to suffer such basic failures. Definitely not worth the stay.
