Royal Orchid Central Vadodara

I stayed 4 nights on this Royal Orchid Central Vadodara, recommended by a dear friend. To be brief, the overall experience wasn’t bad. All the aspects, i shall try to present in subsequent points. 1st location: it is located in the middle of the city very much accessible from airport and railway stations, 2nd food: i had taken breakfast +lunch/dinner option. The breakfast collection was extensive. From south indian to north indian to continental, food was very much good. The dessert and cold dishes are must recommended. Regarding meal, the food is also sober but what matches my taste is the use of good quality oil and spices. They were very much balanced. 3rd room: all rooms are double bed, attached bathrooms with wi-fi. Housekeeping staffs were good as per as cleaning is concerned. The negative part was the bathroom because of two aspects. First, the ventilation was not up to the mark. Second, the bathing room floor had adverse slope. Water will overflow. Instead of going towards the drain, it will be logged. So those who prefer dry and clean bathroom may have issues. I request authorities to look into the design of their floors of bathrooms. Because as a four star Royal Orchid Central Vadodara, such thing is bit annoying for a customer. 4th safety: locking system is electronic card based. You can’t use the elevator without card. Security personnel were very much agile. So big thumbs up to safety aspect. 5. Hygiene: from the point of food and room cleaning excellent. However, from the point of bathroom, it’s very much awful. 6. Behaviour: some managers were good in behaving. Some were not so good. A few staffs may irritate you if you are expecting too much courtesy. 7. What i really disliked: when you enter, there will be water bottles, small packets of almonds, cookies and chips. They call it “mini bar”. I never ordered them and thought it to be complimentary. However, it appeared to be some kind of surprise when i was checking out. I had the almonds and cookies but never thought that i ordered them. Small packets, what will cause at max 20/30 rupees in market; they charged 160 with so many gst. I paid the bill however, manager was not much keen in hearing and got busy collecting the tiny amount. Later i heard, another customer had the same issue and had a fight yesterday during checkout. I truly never understood how can they provide some food packets what you never ordered and later charged you on that. Honestly speaking, it’s one of the elements what just turned you off, especially when you are checking out. And they never told the customer to come back. So courtesy during checkout is a serious drawback. While making small money in that regard, they may lose some good customers. 8. Couple friendly: it’s a big positive point. If you are going there with your girlfriend or spouse, it is a good place. They will respect privacy. Except a few staffs, overall behaviour is really nice. So to conclude, it was a mixed experience, may be towards the good side. Any respectable customer can adjust with some constraint with respect to service. But if basic courtesy lacks, then in-spite of good service, you fail to impress the customer. Thank you and best wishes.

It was again a great experience. This is my second time in this Royal Orchid Central Vadodara and its a again a great Royal Orchid Central Vadodara for me in vadodara. Polite and helpful staff. Great food, breakfast had a large spread. Most importantly they have smoking rooms available and that is why this Royal Orchid Central Vadodara is always my first choice Royal Orchid Central Vadodara in vadodara. They are not like all that ecotel Royal Orchid Central Vadodaras which make there Royal Orchid Central Vadodaras totally smoke free which i think is totally pathetic.

I had a pleasant 2-day business stay at royal orchid vadodara. The Royal Orchid Central Vadodara's housekeeping services were excellent, and the breakfast and dinner spreads offered a wide range of delicious options. The staff was attentive, responsive, and always available when needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

I stayed in this Royal Orchid Central Vadodara after a few years. Was on an official visit. Pleased to note that the standard has in fact improved over the years. Comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff and an awesome restaurant make this Royal Orchid Central Vadodara a great package.

Property is very nice and clean. Ambiance is also nice and should visit again food taste is also very nice.

The staffs were supportive and quick to respond. Breakfast option was decent though there were some delays in serving it was pretty good. Toiletries were good.
