Has to spent one night in pune so booked royal orchid golden suits on advice of a local friend. Has to walk for about 10 minutes ' both Royal Orchid Golden Suite Punes have long entrance path way so again had to walk for few minutes. By the time it was dark so had to search for reception. Setting is like this you have to again walk and find the reception. Person at reception was quite slow and not presentable behaviour. Had to spend ten minutes and reception. They ask for phone no. And issue loyalty programme so you have to wait for otp. Room rathe suit is quite good, spacious and cozy. They had kitchenette also with other required things. Bed is soft and comfortable so is bath. Bare minimum toiletries and others can be asked. Tried their veg tandoori platter that was quite a good meal. Food is reasonably priced. Also enjoyed breakfast that was quite satisfying and filling. Overall quite a pleasent stay. Value for money.

Perfect room. Quick check in quick check out. Helpful concierge/ porter person. Very sensible girl in the service at the breakfast time. She's from north east part of india very service oriented and guest oriented. Service staff during the day also very good and friendly. Ordered from room service, staff entertained me by going an extra mile. The biryani portion was satisfying and was really tasty. The room was very clean as always. This is my 5th stay with this Royal Orchid Golden Suite Pune. I like the peacefulness of kalyani nagar and the view from 04 & 05 is amazing. Housekeeping's laundry was quick on time and good. Two things to be improved. 1. Suggestion for breakfast - flavored curd can be added in short glasses. 2. A tall boy at check in can be more submissive, polite, friendly and guest and service oriented. He could have given me check in at 1 but he made sure that i wait until 2. Rest all okay. We had 1 day (overnight) stay at the property. The property is located in posh area of new kalyani nagar. The service is good, staff is very cooperative and they are quite flexible. In terms of ambience, the room is kind of cozy, it stands in between a proper Royal Orchid Golden Suite Pune and home, room size is good with loads of space to roam around, so you would never feel like confined. We enjoyed so much that we went down outside just once in the evening. You get a nice view from the balcony plus it is spacious one too. Special thanks to ms. Pooja from reception desk and mr. Virendra vishal (if i remember correctly) from in room dining team for their excellent service.

The rooms are good and I especially liked the balcony. In room dining and restaurant is good. Although I had to ask for sachet of sugarfree every time I ordered tea to my room. Place is clean. The only thing that needs upgrades is their bar which doesn’t have quality at all. Also some basics like tooth brushes and hand towel or in the bathroom would be good cz I had to ask for it😇. Staff is excellent and they are very polite and helpful.

This time i visited pune for spending my independence day weekend in pune as a visitor. I chose royal orchid golden suite in pune near kalyaninagar. The suite room was spacious for 4 of us looks like a independent home with attached kitchen and living room with all facilities. Great views from Royal Orchid Golden Suite Pune room too. The breakfast was great with buffet options. Ample parking and staff was very courteous and cooperating.

There was ease of booking. The check in was smoothly handled. When we needed the extra bed set up it was done promptly. The sheets were clean the bathroom was clean. However the mattress on the bed was too soft for my sister who has a back problem. The food was simple but good. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Your winning points is your ever attentive polite prompt staff all around in the Royal Orchid Golden Suite Pune.

The stay @ royal orchid golden suites was such a pleasant experience, very friendly people, good food and a location from where you have access to shops, banks and other essentials close by. This was my first visit to pune, but the stay here made it super easy and i never felt like being in a new place - thanks to the entire team @ royal orchid.

Prime location property. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Many options in morning breakfast, breakfast was good.

Room was excellent even the bed was comfortable but checkin took time. Staff took time to come at the reception for checkin. In bathroom the shower gel bottle was empty.

Check-in to concierge service evening was excellent. All staff was and hospitality was excellent. Room were spacious and very neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was widely spread and nice. Overall stay was pleasant and we highly recommend this property.

I found this property thro mmt. The food is very conventional. But you may add millet items like jowar or bajra for health conscious people. The illumination in the room is quite inadequate leading to headache. All other things are manageable
