Royal Palace Hotel

It was the only available option in Cooch Behar which was not a good feeling. However, the location is a BIG plus, it is quite close to the bus-station (we were coming down from Jaigaon), the Royal Palace is just 8-10 mins on foot, getting around the place is easy with the 'Tum-Tum's' which are readily available from morning to evening. The room was good, we had one extra bed which did not seem like extra once they installed it. The linen used was clean and spotless, the TV had ample channels available, the bathroom though was old, was clean. The service is prompt, options for food are wonderful. It was nice to see the newspaper delivered in the morning. The front desk is always helpful and the staff on their toes. It was worth the money spent. The room was taken as we had to take a train the next day to our destination from here. Specific to our stay in the Royal Palace Hotel: Room 104 did not have a geyser installed and the room had a distinct old-style odour, which was not nasty but was not pleasant either.

The Hotel is situated on the road near Poddar Hospital and Raymond showroom. Bus to Dinhata is available from the entrance of the Hotel. Located very close to Madan Mohan Temple and the Cooch Behar Palace. Good restaurant where both veg and non veg food are available. Kettle for hot water along with sachets of tea coffee and sugar was made available in the room along with a bottle of complimentary mineral water. Service was very good. Overall a very nice stay. Bathroom was neat and clean with all essential toiletries.

My stay was very pleasant. The location of the Royal Palace Hotel is the most fabulous part, its only 7-10 mins walking distance from coochbehar rajbari, coochbehar Royal Palace Hotel and madan mohan tenple. The staffs are very helpful and well mannered. We stayed in semi dulux royal club room, i think the bathroom needs to be more well maintained. Otherwise everything was good. But the best part was the in-house restaurant and food. Awesome taste in all cuisines n thw included breakfast was also very fulfilling.

Rooms are spacious. Rooms are clean. 24 hours room service available. Phone and TV is available. It also offers daily newspaper. Rooms are furnished with almirah, dressing table, wardrobe, sofa, table. Hot and cold water is also available 24 hours. Coochbehar can be a central location to visit all over North Bengal and Royal Palace offers you luxurious stay in affordable price.

The Royal Palace Hotel is nice and good to stay with family ... Support staff are also good and always ready to provide any help. We visited this town after 42 years and the staff offered their wholehearted support in finding out the exact place of our stay. Its good to see that nothing has changed much. We came back with refreshing memories of our childhood days

The Royal Palace Hotel situated at very good location. Staff were very prompt and helpful. Well decorated rooms. Toilets were well cleaned. WiFi connection was faster than the other Royal Palace Hotels that I had visited. All the sightseeing are quite nearer from this Royal Palace Hotel. Only thing is food is bit costly there. Good Hotel for stay.

Very nice Royal Palace Hotel at the center of the city. Moreover it was only 100 meters away from my work place. So it became more pleasant. Hotel staff were friendly and room was great. But the food available at the restaurant in the Royal Palace Hotel was expensive. I would recommend this Royal Palace Hotel to my friends.

Located just near the fort in city, Parking is adequate. Hotel was very clean as well as the room . The staffs were very helpful, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this Royal Palace Hotel to every couple and families

Situated on a good location, good facilities and decent room services, support stuff are really helpful in finding the required transports... Required cleanliness is maintained. So overall it's value for money.

It's been a good experience for me. The room is very well maintained and the bathroom is also very clean. I don't have any complaints about it. I will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Coach Behar. I have not got the chance to taste the food.

The stay was very good, the friendly and supportive behaviour of the Royal Palace Hotel staff was worth mentioning. Food was fresh and tasty and the overall cleanliness was awesome. Enjoyed it. That is all. I would recommend this Royal Palace Hotel to all visiting coochbehar.

Every thing is OK except restaurant where foods were so expensive. I like the Royal Palace Hotel and it is located at the prime area of the town.. The staff were so co-operative to the guests and they also provided a complementary mineral water bottle and a fresh newspaper daily.

The property is neat and is centrally located. Try taking park view rooms for more sunlight.

This Royal Palace Hotel is situated in a peaceful location. Room is well decorated. Restaurant is pure vegetarian and food verity are also limited. Door lock system is very difficult to handle. Overall service of this Royal Palace Hotel is above average.

The deluxe royal club room does not match with the display shown in makemytrip website and actual status of the room. Thr Royal Palace Hotel is near to the main market and bus stand. It is relative clean and the staff is helpful.
