I had an amazing stay in Ooty! The location is perfect, nestled in the hills with breathtaking views of the valley. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the town. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure every need was taken care of. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a variety of local and continental options. The serene ambiance and lush surroundings made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ooty!

Royal Palace Regency is no doubt very nice as i felt it's a new property. rooms are neat and clean, interior and lobby area is fabulous. towels, pair of chappals, shampoo and soap provided for guest. just few things need to be taken care of are: rooms are very much compact, no area to even walk around, napkins should be provided if possible, wi-fi facility to be provided as you have provided us with tv in room. else we had a good comfortable stay.😊

I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with the restroom being particularly well-maintained. The prices were quite reasonable, making it an excellent value. I highly recommend this place, especially for couples and families.

The place is neat and clean, it’s very center to everything in ooty. The Royal Palace Regency staff took a very good care of us, you can also directly order food from them at very reasonable prices. Would have been better if they had a lift but apart from that it’s good place to stay.

Pleasant stay. The views from this place are awesome, you get a view of all surrounding hills, and lush greenery in front. Pretty nice. Comfy clean beds, clean washroom with toiletries and geyser, drinking water dispenser with hot water outlet, they also provided dishes.
