This is part of karma group royal palms, which is usually a membership holiday. But you can also book through private channels like mmt. You can enjoy great amenities of the property but as private guest, you will have certain limitations - no discount in ROYAL PALM RESORT Private 1BHK Apartment restaurant, rooms are good but not as well maintained as for members, you may not get room service etc. But overall good exp since they are flexible. I had to postpone my stay on last day and they obliged.

The karma royal palms stay - ambience - 10/10, location - 10/10 hygiene- 10/10, hospitality- 9/10. This property is a private property but within the premises of karma royal palms so the receptionist and bell boy were not willing to serve us. Facilities like parking, pool, security were good.

Had planned vacation with my family. We enjoyed the stay. I prefer south goa as it is not crowded and people around are also helpful. Owner mr hemant use to call every day and take feedback. So extremely happy and will suggest others also to plan your stay with royal palms.

The stay was pleasant. The host hemanth is very polite and helpfull. He organised travels also in a very economic way. The apartment is also very good. Kitchen utensils are very thoughtfully arranged. Hemanth accompanied us till the last day and looked after us very well

Very good apartment with all facilities and service support. Spacious and clean. You have everything there, including a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen and fridge, air conditioners, heater everything.

Property was neat and clean, hemant was always ready to support. Overall memorable stay. One thing need to remember it is private property and not managed by karma, which is already informed by hemant.

The property is clean and very well maintained. It is easily accessible from major locations. The rooms and cleanliness were also very well maintained. The staff behaviour was also very fine.
