It was overall a good experience to stay at this Royal Residency. The location of the Royal Residency is proper from where to anywhere can be moved out. The room is clean, hygienic and room service is satisfactory. The staffs of the Royal Residency are very helpful. The food can be ordered from outside and it will be delivered to room. Just one feedback for review. The Royal Residency hesitates to give lodging bills when rooms are booked directly with them (means without going through makemytrip) and after discussion they may be willing to give lodging bills however for a lesser amount than the actual amount which can be an issue for someone who wants to claim reimbursement of lodging bills from the employer. Otherwise, remaining things overall are satisfactory.

To be honest i was not expecting that much, but trust me this Royal Residency is amazing. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. The location was easily reachable even i’m a outsider of chennai. And the stay is very comfortable with small cozy room as per price and the room and bathrooms are well maintained. Staff behaviour is friendly in nature. Only problem is Royal Residency doesn’t have a restaurant but easily we can get food from any food delivery app because the location is easily accessible. Overall it’s good and recommended for anyone visiting chennai.

It's a very clean and simple Royal Residency, my room was very clean and all amenities were very well maintained. There was no noise and i was really happy with everything. The staff are very well mannered, they helped me in every way possible. I will recommend this Royal Residency as a very well connected, economic and positive place to stay.

I visited this Royal Residency lot of times. First impression is the best impression. This statement applicable for this Royal Residency. Located in area good, easily access to metro, bus, auto, cab. One of the main reason no bore well water. Hotel provide metro water only. Staff and reception also warm welcome and good response.

My travel and my stay l in Chennai, supposed to be difficult before starting my journey. Royal makes easier for me. The location is not accessible but not difficult to find. I was surprised to have my free breakfast even the check in was only at 2pm. The boys in service was obedient and respecting others. Thank you once again.

Very well safest Royal Residencys, we stays at many time at the same place of jafferkhanpet, its very easily go anywhere mid of travel around Chennai. Family likeble Royal Residencys. Feel good. Nice cleaning and only I feel inconvenience here no food restaurant. That only minus. Everything is perfect.

Everything is good. No issues except when they say checkout at 12pm, they also mean no waiting in the waiting area at 12:05 pm after checkout at 11:50. Received a cheeky remark by an employee asking our family to step out. A simple notice in the waiting area about the same would have been better.

Found it on google maps and it was as good as the reviews sayed. The problem were very nice they helped with basic things like water and food. The best part is the restaurant right beside the Royal Residency it was excellent. Must try fish fry.
