Royal Ritz

We stayed for one night at royal ritz in hubli. It is a big property a few kms from the city. The front desk is efficient and we checked in fast. The rooms are nice and cozy. The washroom is clean. It is a new property and everything is spic and span. They also have a wedding hall in the property and lot of the guests stay in the Royal Ritz. There is ample parking available. The restaurant is big and the breakfast was good with a variety of items. On the minus side when we had dinner in the night, the service in the restaurant was lousy. It took more than 45 minutes for our two items to come which seemed strange. They apologized and even gave us papad as complimentary. But it did not help in our mood. On top of that, the food was not great. So they need to work on the service levels. Otherwise a good property to stay

The Royal Ritz is having a very good ambiance with sculpture and swimming pool etc. I stayed in the premium room. Ròom was good, but the toilet was very small. Glass door of the toilet in an open position do not leave sufficient space near washbasin for shaving and brushing. Staff is not desiplined you have to call thrice for getting work done. Only two small bottles are provided for drinking water. The Royal Ritz is far away from the market and is in a deserted place from where you could not get any mode of convenience to go. The food quality is average. The break fast served cold at the peak time. All staff need training in hospitality. SUNIL MATHUR

We were traveling from Kerala to Mumbai and not had much much knowledge about the place Hubli. Selected Royal Ritz Royal Ritz after reviewing the user comments in MakeMyTrip site. We never got a chance to regret for our exceptions about the selection of this Royal Ritz. Well planned and designed property with calm and quite atmosphere. All staffs were loyal, helpful and friendly. Easy check in and checkout process. Well maintained luxurious rooms. Restaurant offers Tasty food 😋 Nice place 👌 Good Hygiene 👍 The best service 🙌 👌.

Best place to stay with family, staff was courteous and service was prompt, i had issues with set top box not working and i informed the reception, they sent a person right away, but he couldn't figure out, so they sent a maintenance guys, who figured out the loose connection and fixed it, i also accidentally broke the glass kept for drinking water which i informed them upfront but they didn't charge me at all, restaurant was also excellent but had lots of flies around, but not a deal breaker

We had an absolutely amazing time at Royal Ritz. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

The Royal Ritz royal ritz is an ideal place to stay in the city of hubli. Tough the location looks bit interior, it's worth to have a calm and pleasant stay. The Royal Ritz has abundant space to walk around, the rooms were neat and clean and the amenities were too good. It has a separate swimming pool for kids to play. The cost of the room was worth the stay. The breakfast quality needs to be improved and it's menu should include further south indian food. Overall worth the stay

We stayed there for two days. It was super experience, they have multiple pools among them a kids pool is wonderful. Well maintained, clean and very very excellent and trained staff. A special thanks to valet and the security in charge at main reception for kind behaviour. Pros - view - pools - bunkers - very neat and cozy rooms - well maintained staff cons - no baby food was available, if are going with toddler please make sure you carry the required arrangements.

I have stayed in 3 Royal Ritzs in hubli including royal ritz. This room was the best out of 3. The breakfast buffet spread was a disappointment which can be improved.

The whole complex, room, lobby, breakfast everything has its special charm. Everything positive in this lovely Royal Ritz.

Staff is really cooperative, courteous, helpful. Check-in and check-out hardly took a minute. Great view and food was amazing
