The stay was little off as i was expecting! the room was small and bathroom was wet all the time! service and food was good. The stay was overall ok. The room i was in was quite small, which was a bit of a challenge, but it was clean and well-maintained. The biggest issue i encountered was that the bathroom was always wet, which made it difficult to use and keep clean. Despite this, the service i received from the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the food at the Royal Sarovar Portico was delicious and the restaurant staff was very accommodating. In conclusion, while the room size and bathroom issue were a bit of a drawback, the good service and food made up for it, and i would still recommend this Royal Sarovar Portico to others"

It was one of my best experiences and definitely a good decision to choose to stay at sarovar portico. The staff was excellent and well mannered at all times, food was delicious and many varieties of delicacies, from the housekeeping to the reception, entire journey was amazing. Totally recommended for a stay. The Royal Sarovar Portico took care of all our needs and there was no negligence in any case. It was my first stay at the Royal Sarovar Portico sarovar portico and definitely not the last. There are more stays to come in near future.

This was my second time staying at royal sarovar and while it was the same calm and quiet place, i was disappointed with the maintenance of the property. The rooms felt a lil less maintained, the woods was chipping off, toiletries were missing and when room was cleaned, bathroom was neglected. There was a missing artwork in the room (ha ha) and i know this coz there was a picture light with no picture. Small things that make a luxurious stay, luxurious! the food however was still great and sumptuous!

We reached portico sarovar in the evening. The check-in was very smooth. We had delicious pakoda with chai. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. For dinner, the staff gaurav suggested a local a loo dish. We loved it with other items. Also he made sure that their morning breakfast spread starts around 7. 15, so that we could have and leave to airport at 7. 45.

We were rather pleasantly surprised after our short stay at the royal sarovar portico in siliguri. After having booked our stay, we read some negative reviews about the place. But to our surprise, our stay was very pleasant. The staff was cordial, the rooms were good and comfortable. The food at dinner was very good. The breakfast was also a good spread.

Property is well maintained, room are spacious and clean. Keeping in mind to reduce plastic wastes, toiletries are provided in refillable containers. Food is good, however, don't forget to mention if you like your foods less spicy. Breakfast menu are elaborate and in variety. Conveniently located at the centre of city.

Location is good. Easily noticeable from road. Just took 15 minutes from the main market. Food is always excellent like all sarovar Royal Sarovar Porticos. Staffs are cordial. Tried to help you whenever requested. Frontoffice staff are helpful to allow early check in. Provided standard amenities in room

The staff was very humble and cooperative, the best Royal Sarovar Portico in city recommended. One of the oldest properties in siliguri they really know how to give a comfortable stay the rooms were neat and clean the food was great.

Nice Royal Sarovar Portico to stay. Breakfast was really good. Didn't like the fact that room was completely closed and no option to allos natural air to enter.
