Royal Serenity - Kammanahalli

Since my place of work was just a few minutes walk from the property, it was very ideally located. I got a discount using my mm t black points. Even otherwise the asking price of around rs. 2000 is well worth it. They provided all toiletries and even fabric slippers which is usually given only in high end Royal Serenity - Kammanahallis. The bathroom and linen was clean and the ac worked well. All in all a very value for money deal. Definitely recommend for short stays.

We stayed in royal serenity for two nights. The check-in even though was in late evening was very smooth. I found the staff helpful. The location of the Royal Serenity - Kammanahalli is very convenient and in close vicinity you have multiple food and shopping options. Cleanliness is descent but there is scope for improvement. Bathrooms needs some upgrade. Overall value for money.

It's a pleasant stay in the property. We stay there for 3 days in 409. Breakfast is ok. & the resturent served delicious food. Samsan & nit-en found h amble helper. Resturent shef are so polite that i asked for less spicy so they served less spicy. Hotel manager also come & asked how was the stay. It's a very good gesture. I will come there again.

Room was with few pillows and clean bedsheet and duvet. Bathroom was clean and had towels, soaps, shampoo etc. Even food ordered was served properly. I liked the stay in proper area for any need.

Clean rooms. Good service. Great staff. I had a pleasant stay. The staff helps you out with your problems even late at night. I also found the cleaning staff extremely sweet and respectful.

The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. At a prime place with loads of restaurants and shopping options. No parking available. The staff are very responsive and polite.
