Best in location. Nearby Michael's Garden and Nishat Bagh. Negative point is restaurant facility is not available. Some rooms are good and some are so tidy. Resorts owner is very friendly nature. This resorts garden is very good. Working staff is so slow.

Owner was sweet poision. It was a pathetic stay. You will not get even a basic facilities like Hot Water, Light, etc. Also there is a dog inside the premise, you will not be able to roam in the night or in the early morning. Market is somewhat far away.

Apart from the commercialisation of the resort, there was nothing to commend it. Professionalism was totally lacking, the hygiene was very poor so much so that my wife suffered an acute state of allergic reaction and found it difficult to breathe during the first night of our stay which was indeed difficult to overcome. I believe it was due to the very filthy carpet disjointed into many pieces which could have been harbouring the bugs that were the culprits. No service was given to clean the rooms even once during our 3 nights of sojourn and the electric connections kept falling time and again! I wouldn't venture to this nightmare again - ever!!!

The ROYAL SPRING is a residence with royal essence of Kashmir Bagh. The hospitality of the owner is beyond comparable. The lawn is furnished with varieties of fruit and flower plants born in the climate which are very much enjoyable with the introduction by the owners. Those who want loneliness Royal Spring may be their first choice.

The resort are very good, there owner are very helpful, any one can want to go, go there. Resort is situated near shalimar Bagh which is far from main city, but you can go there for hire taxi for one day tour

The location of this resort is very good . You will enjoy the benefit of garden that they have maintained very nicely. No doubt this place is little far from main srinagar, But all the places that you are going to visit are nearby this place such as shalimar baugh, nishat baugh , dal lake, chashme shahi. The care taker was very nice and helpful. He helped us in getting correct information about all the tourist places. For us caretaker manages cab also. the cab driver was very trustful.

It is actually not a hotel, there is no restaurant but owner provides the food. Market is 1 km from here in shalimar. Place is very quiet and air is cool unlike the main dallake area which is 10 km from here. All the Mughal Gardens and places are close. You will get buses and sumos easily from here to reach the dallake

I have booked online this resort for 3 days from 20 May 2014, later on extended for 1 day. Little bit far from the main market,Srinagar. You will feel this resort like home because owner is very nice person. One day my wife was sick and owner has sent his owned car for medication,very nice small garden there,one boy Adil who was working there was very cooperative and hard worker. Overall experience is very good.

Rooms do not have heater and could not manage even when requested for. Wont recommend this hotel unless u just need peace and have your personal car or driver.
