I recently stayed at this property and it was an absolute . The reality is completely different from the pictures online. ​Hygiene: The room was filthy and had a terrible, foul smell the moment we walked in. The linens were not fresh. ​Maintenance: The furniture is broken. It felt unsafe and incredibly uncomfortable. ​Promises: The booking confirmed Wi-Fi, but there was zero connectivity during the entire stay. ​Meal Plan: We paid extra for a plan including Lunch/Dinner. The hotel initially refused to serve the meal. When they finally did, the food was substandard, unhygienic, and not worth the money. ​To make matters worse, neither the hotel management support helped when we raised these issues. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Nice and beautiful property, good environment, helpful staff food was good. Will visit again for sure

They denied check in by saying we have already sold out all the rooms totally harrasment you are making fool to customers as still u not initiate my refund and asking for review i am a corporate employee and i have corporate make my trip account in our company have 2000+ employees and you are providing this kind of services.

Water supply bad drink water available not hand towel bathroom towel no room waiter respond no life m itna ganda koi room nahi mila

Over all it was a pathetic experience i had over there, room service was not good at all. Food quality is not good, water availability was not there. No staff availability is there. Basic amenities was not provided by the hotel staff

Terrible

We have booked 2 rooms and it cost us approx and our booking was confirmed. When we reached the premises, the manager told us that they don't have any room their. my money got deducted then they told us that they can compensate us by room in their another hotel that is in parmanoo. then we visited parmanoo and the property they had told us was one of the worst properties. moreover this was happening to us in middle of night. it is good that i was not travelling with my family

Not a good place to stay. At night there is too much of noise, due to rats inside the false ceiling. We could not sleep. They do not provide wifi and dental kit
