Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai

We chose the Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai on the basis of its proximity to the national institute of fashion technology, kharghar as we had some work there. Hotel was good, but with small glitches here and there, which were rectified as soon as pointed out. Staff were prompt to respond. Food is exorbitantly priced for the taste and quality. There is not even any discounts for inhouse guests. When asked for a discount on food in the restaurant, the person on phone was rude and quick to reply that they had no such provision. House keeping was at their best, doing an excellent job. It was the 25th day of incessant rain in mumbai, yet rooms were dry and comfy. Bathroom was small but clean and comfortable. We dodnot avail the buffet breakfast as the spread was not impressive. A couple of restaurants adjacent to this property have decent affordable breakfast options though. We stayed on the 11th floor which had good view. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. I shall go back to stay there.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Hotel lobby and front desk staffs were very welcoming. All the necessary amenities were there in the room apart from dental kits. Although we were given the kits eventually. The only drawback to our room was the size of the bathroom. Though it was very clean, the dimensions were very small. We didn't order any food as the menu seemed very expensive. They also had a bar menu which was also very expensive.

We arrived at the Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai and the staff were so polite they greeted us with a smile and a good evening. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby area and the waiting area was very beautiful and the view of the restaurant from our room was very beautiful at night due to the lighting. Will surely recommend everyone to stay at the property and have a stress less and a happy weekend

Good Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai in a good location. Starting from security to reception to support staff they welcome you and give you a royal feeling. The Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai is a 4 star Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai. The location is excellent. The decor is very nice and the staff are courteous. The food is exorbitantly priced but extremely tasty. Housekeeping is sub-optimal. The spa has been inactive for years. One would expect a dental kit to be given in the bathroom. Overall it was a decent choice.

inside room it's excellent. Room service person is very good 😊 as well. breakfast items also good. But the guys are not upto the mark. their response is very poor. I have asked for boiled egg and informed yes available. I requested please provide me, after that no response. I informed it two service person but I don't get. others are very well.

It's a nice place and food is best ambiance is best staff is best but check out time is 10 am and breakfast end time is 10 am. I requested for 10. 30am check out and reception person denied even after repeated requests. All other things are good. No tv channels you have to watch youtube on tv. After 11 pm no food will be served.

Luxury facilities with very helpful staffs and very premium check-in process and staff was also very humble. You never disappoint if you book any time the rooms are also very clean and luxurious, the view from the room also looks very good. Room facilities are also premium check-out with good greeting feels special

The staff was very accommodating and polite. The rooms were well kept and clean. Had a nice view, but unfortunately the balcony door wouldn't open because of some Royal Tulip Hotel Navi Mumbai policy.

The stay was very comfortable. Staff is courteous. Breakfast as usual not to be missed. View from my room overlooked kharghar mountain. Location is absolutely prime.

It has good spacious rooms, warm lights and good service, but given the cost of living - ac was not upto the standards. No cooling.

Excellent in everything. Most importantly food was too good. Hospitality was too good. Room services were also too good.
