Royal Windsor Hotel

We had made our booking through makemytrip.com . Whereas , after visiting on the Hotel Windsor come to know that the room which shown online are far differences in appreance . Rooms were like an average guest house room . Second the ask for more money for the room upgradation.The only difference on those Upgrade room are having 1 single window . Where as online book rooms have no windows and suffocated. Observed frequent power cut . Extra money charge for kids (7 to 17) years as per there own but no where they mentioned the cost on their price chat . Hotel is at the bottom of hill . Food are good in taste but very expensive

washroom was so dirty basic things were missing in room AC was not working staff also not helpful at all

Location of Hotel was very nice and at desirable place. Behaviour of staffs were sober and professional. Cleanliness was very good and made the place attractive. Only negative feedback is that AC went wrong during stay and I had to change my room. Overall experience was excellent.

It looked amazing outside once we entered the room I didn’t feel the same. I saw the chips left under the table which was left by earlier guests. Service was quick and polite but the cleanness needs to be improved a lot.

Stay was very nice, Staff is very helpful and supportive. Neema Shahi ,Lady on the reception guided very well over the phone since beginning to check out. Food is also very nice and property is located at a very place,ecologically and environmentally.

The hotel lacks good breakfast option apparently i was the only one staying in the whole hotel so not really a popular place of choice of stay.

Hotel services are very poor. Maximum time they were not having electricity, i asked for hot water which i didn’t get. Not going to stay here in future

The hotel room was very basic. Compare to the price, the room is very very ordinary. Ideally the floor should have carpets, which would drastically change the way the room condition is in present.

Stay was good, will continue to stay here whenever we visit hadlwani. Location was convenient and services were good too

The staff was quiet good and quick at reception specially neema ma'am. She was very helpful with boarding process. Room was quite clean and moreover the food quality was also good.

Ac didn’t work for the whole night and there unpleasant smell in the room and balcony was not at all clean

The stay was pleasant, staff was really helpful and kind they upgraded our rooms too service was extremely quick i mean just order anything and it’s there within few minutes haha crazy service and food was good too value for money stay
