Very clean. They ensure proper hygiene. 24 hours hot water. Electric kettle available. They gave electric iron and a table for ironing the clothes when the laundry was closed.

It was very bad, I won't book that hotel again. Bathroom is too small and I went outside for sometime when I came back to room, so many cockroaches were roaming on my bed and food items. I asked for the room change, then they changed the room with 2 single bed and there was no water coming in that Bathroom. Morning I again asked for room change, all the rooms are too dirty and bad. I just hate it.

I had poor experience..bed which they provided was not good and soo uncomfortable and the pillow also not soo good..we requested for the pillow change and they just changed pillow covers not the pillow... totally uncomfortable

Value for Money . It’s a convenient location for any work related travel. Pretty clean, could do better on food quality. Helpful staff and pretty courteous.

The hotel is good I mean the price they charge for the stay, it is good option. Staff is friendly and curious to help. Also they are okey with outside food delivery or accepting any parcel on your behalf

The room was good but the wash room was not clean and the mattress and bedsheets were also not that clean. The good thing is its proximity to the outer ring road and metro station is hardly 100 meters from this hotel

Overall experience was good. There is room for improvement in Breakfast, especially Idlis whereas Medu Vadas were missing There should be tissues and microwave in room along with Chair

I booked the hotel in haste from HSR selecting hotels near me! MMT showed this property 4.3 KMs away. Upon booking I saw the hotel was 18 Kms away and took me close to two hours to reach in the peak Bengaluru traffic!
