RPN RESORT AND CAFE

I loved the ambience, of the resort the staff is very polite well behaved The resort location is awesome specially when it rains I had a wonderful time with my family

Please read the whole review and then decide if you want to stay in this resort. 1: Property is extremely away from city plus the roads to reach the property is terrible. If you are not using your own vehicle then you will have to pay additional fees both ways to reach the property or leave the property. 2: Property caretakers and receptionist advised there is no food menu since they do not expect any guest to come hence we need to manage with a terrible dal and roti for lunch. Had to specially request at least one or two more options for dinner. You will have to manage with least options of food with limited taste. 3. No or worse cellphone reception due to its location. No proper Wi-Fi reception inside as well. 4. Majorly due to no proper food options and taste provided, had to leave one day before. Consider the above points before deciding to book this property.

EXCELLENT RESORT TO STAY. In FUTURE IT WILL BE A PLACE ATTRACTION .BUT OWNER SHOULD Hire MORE STAFFS so that a timely and properly service can be given.staffs are very friendly and cooperative

One of the best stays. The resort is in an excellent location with no hustle and bustle of vehicles. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was also excellent in taste. Recommended to all travelers or couples who are looking for peace with good vibes.

We have to leave mid way

I would like to start off with that i usually do not take time to write reviews on average services rendered, i only write reviews if the service is terrible or exceptional, i am glad that my experience with rpn falls in the second category. Mr. Neniwal (i hope i have spelled it correctly) is the owner of the property and is a very down to earth personality. I got a chance to sit with him over a cup of coffee and had some random chit chat. I reached early and the owner himself was available to welcome us. All our impromptu requests were addressed in minutes. Planning another trip with extended family soon.

The room was fine but the service was terrible, many food items were not available for eating, and there was not a variety of food, the swimming pool was dirty and infested with bugs and they did not clean it even after asking to clean it, inadequate support staff. Very bad experience
