There is no power backup. And we had a terrible nyt. No hot water supply

Avoid staying in this hotel. No hygiene. Room floors are dirty. Sofa is broken. Toilet is unclean, toilet seat is broken. No hot water even in a/c rooms. Toilet door is without locks. Extra bed is not provided even though it's charged in the room rent. Limited covered car parking at ground floor, additional open car parking is available at back side.

I've seen my life in the worst room. The room cost was also very high . 5 star room rent, but the room is very poor and badly maintained.

Nice location, clean room and very nice to stay.

This place is very close to bus stand and easy to find, staff is friendly and responsive.

I got a room with below issues: 1) Toilet seat was very dirty and damaged. 2) Leakage taps. 3) The bed made with springs and no foam on it. 4) Window curtain was damaged. Then I went and asked in reception for change my room and they did without any trouble to me. Here is the twist. The new room what they allocated now doesn't have single window. No fresh air, no ventilation and some bad smell also very congested. My wife asked me not go and change the room again. Hence I did adjust. The awful thing was my son got attacked my bed bugs and entire body effected. Never take room (I am not sure of other rooms in 1st floor). What else to say that my trip was completely disappointed.

Room floor was slippery, wash basin tap was leaking, no flush, no hot water (fixed timings), no wifi. If these are corrected hotel is good.

The rooms need more attention and periodical maintenance. The door lock is in a very bad condition and beyond repair. We were forced to change the room. In that room there is no night lamp, a telephone connection is loose, and could not speak to the reception. The remotes for Tv is without battery covers and poses a problem to operate the Tv. Solar hot water does not work in rainy season and hence we have to ask for a bucket of hot water which we get after half an hour. Other than these all are ok.

It's a very average hotel. Unfriendly staff. Tend to allocate the worst room irrespective of what you paid and booked. I had to insist and get the room type that was booked. The room is very normal. Not Worth the price charged.

Location is good but front office treated us badly by saying that you are paying less and for that less rent you can get a room with no amenities. Had a very bitter experience.
No ventilation at all. No mirror in the room. Lift is not allowed to use. Front office not behaved well. Totally not satisfied.

Near to bus stand, well maintained.

Bad room with poor bathroom fitting and geyser not working, poor ventilation and fan was making lot of noise and was unable to sleep through out the night.
Room was very bad with poor ventilation.
