RRR Grand Prince Resort Experience Natural Embrace

The hotel being a new property was clean and tidily kept. However, only one towel was given no hand towels. No tea and associated ingredients for making tea in the room. No hot water. I was told hot water will come only in the morning and in the evening for one hour. The boys who serve need to be groomed really well. When you’re charging for a hotel, stay you have to realise that the clients who come would expect a certain standard and therefore these boys very unkempt with shabby dress, long hair and not neat and tidily groomed. Expected a much better service. The reception was most of the time not manned. I had to take my own luggage from the room to my car after several attempts to get in touch with the reception for requesting a room boy to shift my luggage to the car. Expected a much better day. I have convert these concerns to the manager who had readily accepted the shortages.

Location easily accessible since its on the highway. Room allotted to us was good and clean. Restaurants are little away and food can be ordered through online. Overall stay was good.

Very new hotel with neat and clean rooms, all complementaries, wide parking area, and all other facilities. Highly recommended

Towels are of cheapest possible quality. Had to spend 15 mins to clean the dust in hair and body

It's been a fantastic stay at rrr grand by prince resorts. Fresh rooms with great beds and bath linen and comfort. What's amazing is their hospitality and superb food for breakfast. The rooms are super clean and a brand new hotel at its best location in the entire perundurai. Every month my visits here are confirmed.
