It's a super budget hotel... Not recommended for family travellers as the location is right in the middle of a market place. More suitable for solo and budget travellers.

I recently stayed at r s regency hotel, and had a mixed experience. Positives: - the hotel was immaculately clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. - staff were polite, courteous, and responsive to our needs. Negatives: - the room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. - major drawback: no window and zero ventilation in the room, leading to a stuffy atmosphere. Overall, while cleanliness and service were commendable, the cramped room and lack of ventilation were significant issues. Would i recommend? only for short stays or those who prioritize cleanliness and service over space and ventilation. *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 3/5 - staff: 5/5 - room size: 2/5 - ventilation: 1/5 - overall value: 3/5 *suggestion* improve room size and ventilation to enhance guest experience.
