RubyArena - A Luxurious Business Hotel

please don't prefer this hotel for business class. waste of money. they are given old towels and bedsheets are not hygiene.

Location is good.Old property with average maintenance. bed linens are too old and shabby. The executive room was very congested. Breakfast spread was fine.

Breakfast was not of standard quality. Though I was late in breakfast but it was not at all hot and tasty

I stayed for 3 nights at Ruby Arena and in the first night I was unable to sleep as there was bed bugs. The next day they upgraded me to a Deluxe room for the next two nights, this room had cockroaches all over the room. All the rooms are very old and very badly maintained. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the Medical College.

Location good, was clean and tidy, would benefit from an upgrade of amenities like coffee/tea/milk sachets, mugs. Soap trays in the bathroom, shower curtain Breakfast was average but being a Sunday , staff were less and maintenance of dining hall was mediocre Staff at reception and room service were friendly, helpful and very pleasant

Restaurant is old ..walls have fungal growth....faded paint....food is good...staff are good and supportive

This property is very close to Medical College and other important offices in Trivandrum. The staff were very supportive especially when I had to do a very late check in they had arranged my dinner upon my menu preference and kept it very nicely packed in my room. The breakfast menu is having a lot of varieties overall the taste was very good. Wi-Fi signal was a bit low inside the rooms. They have a very good rooftop bar with good ambience. Thought the rooms were a bit old, it was comfortable. Mostly bachelors and office people stay here may be less preferred to the family croud.

Toilet is vary bad and duarti please manage and bad room is vary old please manage😔

It's a welcome change from happy and ruby group to stop smoking in rooms and corridors, even the rooftop amazon bartenders stopped serving cigarettes, clean and non smoky bedsheets,curtains, corridors and overall a welcoming change for family friendly ,bit of lost nostalgia for bachelors as ruby arena's smoky corridors are a thing of past now. Food, beverages and room service remain good as usual. All the best for happy and ruby group.

All the food is double the price, and there are not enough amenities in the room... There is not even a bucket in the bathroom, and you have to ask for everything like a kettle that should be kept in the room. Food is not even this expensive at the airport.

it's nice ,and enjoying this hotel, wonderful experience 😊this is very enjoyable journey to this hotel very neat and clean

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money The room was below expectations and definitely not worth the price. There was constant disturbance from people drinking and making noise until 2 AM, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The only positive was the breakfast, but that alone doesn’t justify the stay. I would not recommend this place, especially for families or business travelers looking for a peaceful environment.

Firstly they have us room full of cockroaches and secondly the atmosphere was not family friends

I have a nice stay but the way of staffs looking customers is not so good..and after a 15 mins when I reached the room the ac got complaint..after all an average stay

Nice stay . But they did not return my towel which they took by mistake as our towel was also white . It was by mistake I know but they did not tell me whether they found it or not .

No power and no AC at the hotel. At night at 12 am we vacated and stayed in another hotel. Very worst service

Sticky Floor, cant walk in bare foot in room. Bar is attached to the building parking for local sales, drunk people wander in the parking area. Roof top bar available, all the customers have same lift. Drunk customers make issues after the party. Provider us old bedsheets.

Room was full of lizards and cockroaches. Bathroom was not clean. Family room was provided nearer to bar. No prompt response for room services

plus relatively cheap to other hotels breakfast is good close to railway station and eating joints - we went everyday to paragon minus rundown rooms lacking maintainance there is a bar in the hotel , means for family stays sometimes can be uncomfortable stay spend 1000 bucks more daily and a lot options open up

The hospitality of the hotel is very poor and the stay was very disturbing and not comfortable for us.
