Bad hotel and the bad smell on bed pellow and carpet and seen the insect

The arrangements were very bad, the rooms were dirty, the toilets were dirty, the locks were broken and the food was also bad. Overall, I am not going to stay here.

it is very pathetic when i enter the toilet as well as the room. they excuse that i have ordered the non ac room. but whatever the room is it should be near and tidy. the bathroom has no proper hygiene and necessary utilities. overall the room is not yet cleaned well.. i didn't take any photos

Nice Stay at Rudra Villa, Co-operative staff, Breakfast is also very good. Overall nice stay at this hotel.

Very Disappointed! Not Worth the Money I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The bathroom was not clean at all, it was dirty and smelled bad. The food was very very bad – tasteless, cold, and definitely not fresh. They have uploaded very old photos online, but the current condition of the hotel is completely different – dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what they show. Please don’t get fooled by the pictures. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

the room was very comfortable and staff are very cooperative and hotel was in the prime location of agra.

I was told to leave the hotel due by hotel authorities because they told me that people with local id are not allowed in this hotel and this information was not at all given to me that no local ids are allowed in this hotel.

Location is good as in to reach but parking is ok types, not good for a family ok for male group and lone traveller male maybe

As shown in the picture the hotel was not up to the mark so I haven't stay on the hotel and experience was terrible I want my refund I haven't stayed I took another hotel at night I have suffered a lot I need my refund as have a proper knowing about the hotel . I need my refund as I haven't stayed at hotel at Rudra Vilas.

Location is good food is good but room service and room condion bathroon condition is worst. I m not happy

Hotel interior, bathroom, service is very poor , there was no any use item like shop , shampoo, tooth brush, pest. this deal was a waste of money . im very disappointed by make my trip service.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Location is good, just 2 mins of walk from Taj Mahal west gate entry and Taj Mahal Metro station. But room condition is very pathetic. Very bad smell throughout lobby and room, dirty bed sheet, below average bathroom, no towel and toiletries were given.

near Taj Mahal it's location is good but room service is poor. room is not maintained properly. tap bathroom is good.
