it was a good stay. The service was very good. The staff was too helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was nice.

It was an excellent stay. Hotel was well maintained, Clean and all rooms were spacious. Staff was co-operative, pool was fun part. Food in restaurants is must try. Perfect location and ambience.

Our stay at the Rudraksh resort was quite comfortable and peaceful. We felt at peace when we came back to a clean and tidy room after a hectic day of temple darshan and sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was well managed but at some point, we felt that the dinner buffet could have been organised and served better.

My stay at the resort was very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and cleaniness was well maintained. The staff were amiable and catered to impromptu requests. The only downside is the location as this is on the highway before you enter ujjain. its difficult to get a rick or ride and the rides are expensive ranging from 250 to 300 for just getting to Mahakal.

Staff behaviour is very bad at the reception. Food was excellent Location is quite outside. Amenities are ok

I booked this resort through make my trip.Overall experience was very good. Very pleasant environment... amenities and services are good. But price of food is not justified... it's too much costly although food was good.only one lac was there...no any attendent for swimming pool was available. overall I will rate this property 9.5 out of 10

Excellent infrastructure. We normally look for stop overs that have good parking. This place meets the need. Additionally the breakfast which was included in the booking was worth the price.

Everything is just SUPERB. Extra ordinary service by all staff members I.e. reception, house keeping, kitchen, parking etc. Very gentle and obedient and ready to help staff. Updated my rooms without asking. Food is also very good. Very nice ambient...ALL OVER 5 Star out of 5

The property is too good to be true with the rates they offer. Best hospitality I have ever experienced from a 3 star hotel. Good food and good ambience. Overall experience gives it full marks.

Good location, service and food (breakfast). We didn't have dinner or lunch at the hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The room was good, facilities and staff was good too, the food could've been better. I saw few spider webs in the room too. All over my experience was good - average. The staff although was excellent, their service was fast and they were polite.

Look at the condition of this room and service at rudraksh resort. The reception staff was also arrogant and didn’t responded properly. Rooms were not properly cleaned curtains and sofa were dirty and stinky. No electric appliance like kettle and fridge worked. All switches were not working. It was completely a bad experience and nowhere worth amount.

Loved our stay at Rudraksh Club and Resort! Perfect location, relaxing vibe, and the food was absolutely amazing. A memorable experience overall!

Wonderful location near highway. Excellent management with great ambiance and atmosphere surrounded. Clean with hygiene care. Supportive staffs. Food quality is also good.

Service is very poor.I don’t get my bill of stay and flooding inspite of several reminders to reception . They hold me about half a hour and ultimately move the hotel without bill.
