Rudraksh Hotel

I have booked two rooms for my family. The room category was Semi deluxe. The rooms were too dirty and smelly. The TV and extension telephone were also not working. It was the poor experience in my past travel.

i would like to bring to your attention that there were rats running inside my hotel room during my stay. This is unhygienic and causes significant discomfort.

untidy rooms. mouse roaming in the room. Flushes are choked. Food average taste. no ventilation of fresh air

. Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was disappointing. The property did not meet expectations in several areas: Cleanliness was below standard. The room and bathroom were not properly maintained. Food quality was poor, with limited options and subpar taste. Facilities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water were either not working properly or not available. The location was not as described, and transportation access was inconvenient.

Great stay food is very delicious and at very affordable price outside of the property is a very big park one should sit there jn night

I ordered hakka noodles taste was so bad I don’t eat . Facilities are nothing means nothing. No tv in my room and door lock system is not working nd same as washroom door . It can’t be close from inside .

Room was like it was support staff room & when asked for room change they mentioned they have this room only

Room was in Very bad condition and spare room which was not in running condition alloted. No water in the room No braekfast was available Staff is also not good, they have charged extra money and no Bill provided.

For the deluxe room they have centralized AC , which gets switched off when the power supply goes off. And we have to switch it on manually after the power supply is restored. So if I sleep at night and there is a power cut for 1 mint m restored. I will not be able to know because I'm sleeping so all night AC will be switched off. So that is horrible that you are playing for the AC room and the whole night you are sleeping without AC.

The property looks old and not maintained sufficiently. The staff attitude and behaviour is exemplary. The hotel mgmt should invest some time in maintaining the broken fixtures, paint, linen, etc.

Every thing is very good. Services are excellent. Staff behaviour is very very good. Room size and cleaning is very good

The hotel was good, the cleanliness was also good, the interior was also good, the service was also good, the parking space was also good, the garden is also beautiful and green.

Lot of fly & food quality is very poor. Not recommend to anyone this hotel. Only hotel staff is ok. Hotel doors are spoiled

If electricity gone then ac shut down, we need to press button for on ac again. Food quality is very poor
