The stay and the property was amazing. Unlike a normal kind of hotel stay, the stay was very refreshing and soothing. Sudhir and victoria were very courteous right from guiding us to reach the property, managing a comfortable stay, suggesting places to visit and support for a smooth checkout. Very close to the main beach, we had nice options for food. Overall it was an experience to remember. 5

familyThere were lots of puddles of water everywhere in the property which caused mosquito problem due to rainy season. Property is good wot h traditional vibes. If they can fill landscape area with some soil and cover puddle areas, this would be great place. Also, no car parking was a big hassle.

coupleWith lush green surroundings and fresh air murmuring the hum of the beach, this place is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts are really gracious and helpful. They were available at all times and provided us with all the necessary help. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wifi connection is good for anyone looking to wfh. The beach is 2 minutes away from the property. There is a nearby restaurant that serves good food. All in all, it was a great experience!

Entrance route to the resort is horrible , As it was fully rain, Path full of water and slippy. Room was good and near to beach. Maintenance is ok..No amenities TV.

Simplicity at its best

Rudraksh retreat provides a very tranquil and restful environment. Our room, although sparsely furnished, was clean and comfortable. The simplicity was part of the design and enhanced our stay in this green oasis. It is situated down a short footpath from the main road, very close to the ocean. Hot water was freely available for showers. Filtered drinking water was provided in glass bottles. It was nice to sit out on the verandah. Overall, a great stay in a great place that offers a good example of how effective environmentally friendly living can be.

solo1. There is no actual vehicular parking available, and the narrow strip that is available for two wheelers is far from the property and precarious 2. There are at least 5 attendants/servicestaff at the property and yet they are all beyond useless. I had asked for help to move my luggage during checkout and there was absolutely no one available despite my reminder the previous night - elderly folks please avoid. 3. The bed linen and pillowcase were dirty and unhygienic.

But Arjun, Based on advice from MMT personnel, you were moved to an adjacent property where you were accommodated in an AC room instead of the Non-AC that you had booked with us due to an overbooking error on MMT end. It is unfair to rate us for your experience at another property.

Rudraksh is a beautiful home stay meters away from gokarna beach. It’s hosts are extremely warm and helpful. The rooms are large, spacious, done aesthetically. Highly recommended. Parking in gokarna is generally not available and has to be done at beach or road side.

Property was nice rooms are spacious and location also very nice close to the beach, reason i gave 3 rating is service was below expectations as there was no one available in the property to reach out to, also if you are visiting in summer ac is must and was not available in any rooms.

The stay has lots of greenery within the premises. Loved it. I woke up to the birds chirping in the morning which was very peaceful and relaxing. A big thumbs-up for planning this place in an eco friendly way. Everything here works with solar energy. Although there was no ac, the room was quite cool and it felt nice to use green energy.
