Good stay service and staff is very helpful rooms clean and comfortable for stay

I’ve been staying at Rudraksha Holiday Home for the past few years, visiting Goa two to three times a year. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite disappointing, especially since we were traveling as a family with a small child. 1. There was no hot water throughout our stay due to an issue with the solar system, which wasn’t repaired till the end. 2. The cook is no longer available, so breakfast isn’t served anymore. If you place an order, a staff member goes all the way to Café Jazz to get it, which means it often arrives around lunchtime. 3. We were asked to pay ₹800 per day for an extra blanket, which felt unreasonable. 4. The TV wasn’t working initially as it wasn’t recharged. Despite being told it was functional, it only started working a day later after multiple complaints. 5. The receptionist seemed completely disinterested and unresponsive to any concerns or requests.

Stay at rudraksha hotel n resort was very good its location is awesome with nice atmosphere around and very near on walking distance to candolim beach 1 can visit beach early morning

Their restaurant is closed so they order from nearby place, no facility for driver so we had to pay extra for driver, we had to add a member last minute so we were group of 5, plus driver, but hotel did not mentioned that u can get extra room with same cost u r paying for extra bed, instead they took extra charges at the time of check out so we paid for 3 rooms but stayed in 2, thank u

It is a wonderful property, walking distance from Candolim beach. During our stay, rooms and washrooms were very clean and staff was very cooperative. Option to opt for breakfast were very less, they should add more items to the menu. Our overall experience was good and we definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good property in this area..

The rooms are not as good as they show in the picture The bathroom knob doesn't close from the outside when complained the host didn't even respond, the maid of the apartment and rekha whose the receptionist have attitude issues

Clean rooms, staff is really helpful, rekha and jitu were always happy to help. Distance from beach is 5 mins only. Good location

Overall stay was good, room were clean & hygiene. Properly was very close to beach & convenient. Staff was cooperative and supported

Worst and i suggest not to book or go. The washroom and rooms are bad. Tv not working. They are threatening the guest. Make my trip also not responding the amount is paid in advance and non refundable

Place is very nice , 200 meter from candolim beach. Staff are very nice and cooperative, spacious room with balcony. Overall a good stay. There is a kitchen and bar available as well.

rudraksha holiday homes is a great place for staying.nice n responsive staff, hygienic place located near candolim beach.it has its own restaurant named cafe jaaz which provides food with great taste. l just loved it😍😍😍. keep it up👌

It was a pleasant stay. Worth for money. Staff is very polite and corporative. Definitely we will revisit the property.

First of all, this property is at a walkable distance from candolim beach 5-10 min. Rooms were clean and tidy. Hot water 24*7. Staff was very polite and helpful. You will also have car parking so no need to worry about this. In short, excellent stay.

Rooms are big. There is dedicated parking for customers. Cleanliness is good. Staff is cooperative. Separate dining room helps to keep room clean. Beach is 2-3 min walking distance. Linen quality and furniture can be improved.

We had a very nice time at this home stay, it really felt like home far away from home. The staff was very supportive, we stayed there in the month of july - heavy rainfall season and they had arranged transport and prepared food for us (transportation charges n groceries are on us but still their support was of help. Overall it was a budget friendly holiday stay with friendly staff! it's very near to candolim beach, would definitely recommend this place if u are planning to stay nearby!

Stay was good. The rooms were clean. Staff is very helpful. They don't have kitchen at the premise so we cannot eat there. Also they should provide drinking water for free.

Scam alert. They tried to pull a breakfast scam with us. We had paid for 3 night with breakfast included. On the checkout day, they didn't serve us breakfast and told that the breakfast will be served only on check-in day. How can one have breakfast when the check-in time is at 12 am and their breakfast timing is from 9-10:30? owner is a scamster. Beware of booking this property.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. It is very nice and clam place to relax in holidays. The property and rooms are very clean and neat staff of the hotel is very welcoming and co-operative

Stayed here for about 4 days and it was great. Place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Just walkable to candolim beach which is very helpful. Rekha & staffs are courteous and helpful. The only drawback i found was just with the room they put me in (the bed was noisy and needed a fix.
