Rudrax House

When you hear the name Dharamshala immediately mountains come to your mind. Now wonder how awesome it is if when you pull the curtain of your room you See the same picturesque mountains. Thus was the view from the room in which we stayed. Though the start of the stay not very smooth as we were allowed only one room even after booking for two because of the unavailability (though charged for both). Due to all of us staying in the same room, the room felt very congested. But the Hotel was very clean and more than better amenities. The safety was great the security personnel were always ready and could even come to your room during an emergency.

It’s quite, clean and very good home stay in budget. Best thing about this homestay is its location, you can easily visit all main location in mcleod ganj and also there some good restaurants are near by. Geyser was in bathroom so it was very good, also owner provided heater as well. One suggestion, just go for budget room only as there isn’t much difference in the other one. Overall had a good experience staying here.

Te stay waa good. I liked the stay location and also the care takers were good and understanding. Few things also were not good. I had booked 2 rooms with the view by paying extra, but there were no views. The view from balcony was the next building. I felt really disapoinnted. There bathroom experience was also not that good. The flush didn't work and locks were hard and difficult to put.

Value for money. Room was well maintained and well-lit with a mesmerising mountain view. Washroom was clean with all amenities. WiFi and geyser was there. Staff though being less were fully supportive. Food as per requirement was served by them. Transport was a bit issue. Bus stand 1.4km. Needed to walk a bit as there were stairs instead of road to reach the Rudrax House.

Specially room service Nd room owner is very nice

The location was fine. I have to climb up 150-200 steps to reach the main road. House-keeping, cleanliness and staff's behavior were nice. The room view was blocked by another building. Overall it was a nice experience.

Location of the Hotel was very convenient. It was situated in the peaceful area. Food was not provided by the Hotel. The Hotel was very neat and clean. The other services of the Hotel was very satisfactory. Thus it was an excellent stay there.

Location was difficult to reach from the market place. They didn't provide food in the Hotel. The facilities were okay in the room. The room was good and spacious. Hotel was clean as well. Room service was okay. Staff was good, but if we need anything we had to remind them a lot. If a traveler wants a spacious room, then definitely this Hotel is a good one.

I liked the stay and as per money it's fine. View from the room was lovely of landscapes. Washroom will receive a rating of 4 upon 5 as there was something wrong with it's door. Location is near to very kind of things. Hotel is easy to locate. I liked the staff members. They were very approachable, cooperative and helpful. I would like to there again.
