Food was good and hygienic. Room was reasonably ok considering the location. Staff were good and courteous

Room is good. Location is not bad. But, eventhough a Super Deluxe Room no tea bag or coffee powder sachet were provided. There was kettle, but for what? Actually service for the said standard was not provided. Hence refund should be made.(As sachets of coffee powder etc. were not given coffee/tea should not have been charged) Mr. Kumar, the cook was very good. Food wise and behaviour wise he is very good.

Power issues. Most of the time, you have to depend on mobile torch. Poorly maintained. Water is leaking from tapes. Food is homely and staff is good.

Russel homestay is the ideal place for a couple or a group of friends. The place gives a great view to the kanchenjunga from its valley rooms. Rooms are warm and cozy. The service was great and we are leaving with happy memories.

Due to landslide we have not reached the property wait until over night and back to home u confirm with hotel management and refund my money

Was a disppointment both in terms of room amenities as well as food. The generator is inadequate for all the rooms in case of power breakdown. Did not even ask for id proof at time of checkin. Very bland food with unhygienic conditions. My daughter disliked it so much that we didn’t even eat lunch which was part of the package.

Okay bed and clean washroom but dont get fooled by the photos. Very shabby accommodation and below average food.

Electricity issue. Food is simple. No lift. Rooms are ok type not like a 3 star as claimed. Geyser, kettle heater can not be used as there is electricity issue. They don't provide backup.

Clean room, cozy bed with great hospitality and home like food. Provided toiletries and hygienic towel at the bathroom.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in a triple bed room with mountain view. The view from the room was great. The room was cozy and the size was ok. However, the room needs more maintenance as it looked to be an old construction. We liked the food that they provided and above all, all the staff take great care of the guests. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay.
