Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling

Pros: 1. The mesmerizing view from the balcony. As i booked a family suite, i got an entire balcony which is humongous in size. We saw kanchenjungha from our room which was amazing i would say. 2. The room: the suite room is huge. It's almost a playground for 3 people. Highly recommended. 3. Staff behaviour: the Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling staffs are really helpful and jovial in nature. 4. Food: food is descent and it's recommended if you feel tired to go outside. You may order few staple foods. 5. Location: it's in middle pelling. Recommended. Cons: 1. The bad thing about this Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling is power-backup. I would say it's worst. 2. The internet is horrible. Overall the Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling is recommendable. They have started the business 3 months back, i hope they will improve slowly. 3. 5* indeed

We stayed 2 nights at the Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling, we booked balcony room with food, got excellent views from balcony, food was tasty, room was clean and well maintained, all the staff was good. If anything not working such as tv or geyser or kettle they fixed asap. Manager pintu sinha was also cooperative. Only cons was they taken lots of time to deliver food at your room. I highly recommend this Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling.

First dint share the name it was a pleasant stay as i am staying in this property for couple of times. The services & staffs are excellent and mold themselves to satisfy guest needs. However they need to focus bit in cleanliness issues as i found out hairs in bedsheets. Overall good stay and will look forward staying in future too.

A really nice stay would have stayed longer if the schedule allowed to. Rooms were really clean with all the necessities provided in there the food was quite good and served at a reasonable price the view from the balcony was just amazing. We got quite a beautiful view of the kanchanjanga there it was absolutely breathtaking

Stayed in rufina plaza for 3 nights in pelling. Nice location but a felt a bit overpriced for 2500 on balcony room. If you get for 2000 rupees then go for it. Breakfast was not so good but the good part is the host regularly ask for feedback and corrects them. Liked the stay

Condition of the room is very good. Overall Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling is clean. Price of food items are high and quantity is not enough. Quality of chinese food is not up to thar mark

The rooms were excellent, the food was delicious, and everyone's behavior, particularly john's, was exceptional. It's worth noting that the Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling is newly established, so overall, it was a delightful experience.

Location is good price is around 2200 for balcony room which could be around 1800. Breakfast was not good but you don't have other options also nearby.

Didn't get a room with view when booked through mmt. Rooms are clean. Staff are attentive. Food was average, can skip. There are nearby options for food.

The best thing about this stay at rufina palm bliss at pelling was the exceptional view of mt kanchenjunga. It was extremely breathtaking. Staff were cordial. Food was good but a bit more options were expected. Overall it was a beautiful stay

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and humble staff. All day hot water.

An excellent Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling with its pristine location, had a wonderful time with my family there. One of the best Rufina Palm Bliss, Pellings in middle pelling!
