Rumis Desert Camp

I highly recommend the camp experience, because it is a great way to take a break from the chaos of indian cities. We booked 2 tents and i can say that they were truly beautiful. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom and room in general were super clean. We had enough hot water to take two showers, which is not a given in this country. At sunset we took a camel ride and it was truly magical. We then had dinner in the desert around a fire and the food was truly delicious. What strikes you the most, however, is the kindness of shambu, the owner of this place. He first came to pick us up in the city and then throughout our stay he was super helpful and attentive to our every need. The structure is new, only two years old, but i can say that it has potential. I wish sham-bu great success, because he really deserves it.

The location was amazing. When our transport drove past the sign telling us we were entering the desert national park i knew we were heading for the right place. Our host sambhoo explained all our choices for exploratory activities and camel rides and organised just what we wanted. Great service, all needs and requests sorted. Pick ups and return to jaisalmer were organised and luggage storage arranged while we waited for our train out of jaisalmer. The camp is small enough not to feel like a resort - a real desert location but with all the necessary facilities of a high standard. Freshly cooked food all great. Bathroom and bedroom very large, comfortable and clean.

Trust me, it is the best camp if u r planning for a trip to seam sand dunes. The quality of services, hospitality, culture, morning tea, coffee and all related stuffs are so gooood. All the members who are running this camp are very cordial and friendly. They even adjust somethings as per your demand. We enjoyed evening zeep safari, night folk dance, dj party and morning camel ride. It was really really worth it. The prices vary from time to time but on an average it cost. Mr. Ali, the owner, is extremely nice person. That's all, without any thoughts, just go for it.

Very nice camp and resort compared to other road side resort we come this early morning and by road there were some people who follow us with bike and bring us to some road side camp room are very bad and the people who bring us they were very aggressive we didn't take any package from there so left them and we find rumi's desert camp resort online we book and it's really great property in desert with very good heart people they welcome us as like family members highly recommended to everyone

We had an excellent half a day trip at rumi's desert camp all staff was excellent including the owner who checked on us throughout our 12 hour stay from both the jeep and camel rides to the evening show. Food was excellent and hygienic. Didn't stay there because we planned only seam sand dunes trip. Ashkar has some amazing skills to treat his guests with excellent service. The evening show lasts 2 hours which is not to be missed. Definitely recommend this camp!

Me and my family booked rum-is desert camp after all reviews we come by train early morning the owner of camp he contact us and free pick up from the train station to his office in city centre. Explain the task about all different activities which they provide in the desert. We take some of the activities from them. Also a transportation from jaisalmer to camp with additional cost, the tent has quite space and very clean. Food is amazing high-quality service

Amazing host who takes good care of guests. Food is amazing, though the cultural program is little above average. Tent rooms were decent and hot water supply was a saviour in the dc cold. They also offered jeep safari and private dinner and bonfire at the sand dunes. Though there were extra charges yet very reasonable. The desert dinner experience was amazing. They also served high tea and snacks which were tasty. Definitely a place to stay if visiting sam.

The was the resort incredibly affordable and the service provided was truly top-notch. The host and staff at this resort are truly one of a kind. Their commitment to ensuring guests' satisfaction was evident from the warm welcome i received upon arrival. They had their office in the jaisalmer city and i had to pickup my voucher from their, they provide me with pickup and drop service from the city to resort with reasonable charging.

Family camp with high quality service staff behavior is good and very polite they are helpful and room clean comfortable we always recommend this camp for anyone are coming to jaisalmer trip

Highly recommended camp. One of our friend who visited last month. He recommend us to go in this camp and really we get what he say exactly same the staff are very helpful. Food is very delicious as the price is very reasonable. Also some activities we had camel and jeep safari quad bike paras-ailing as well. They have evening cultures to program with snakes and buffet dinner which was really amazing.

We had amazing experience with rumi's desert camp we would love to come again here surely as well as they have main office in city jaisalmer so they help us to free pick up from train station to office then they let us room for freshup then they keep luggage store there also they arrange taxi from jaisalmer to camp with very reasonable price also we take some activities from them like quad bike jeep tour in desert

Rum-is camp is wonderful place to explore the desert and staff is great service also they provide the all activities which we take jeep safari and quad bike

The camp is little of road once you get there the camp is very clean and very comfortable with helpful staff the tent are spacious with attached bathroom also we take some activities from them organised jeep safari and quad bike which really great and enjoyable

The camp clean and comfortable the food is very delicious at evening live folk program and dancing that's call culture show program we enjoy sitting under the star with full moon we ride camel and jeep safari for sunset point

Very pleased with their hospitality and service. Friendly staff, clean rooms and overall beautiful atmosphere around the camp. Good quality food variety and options. Also, enjoyed their cultural program a lot. Had an amazing experience staying here. Must visit for your next trip!

Real desert experience we had with rum-is desert camp team we were with friends had great time with this camp also did safari from the camp jeep and camel safari food was very tasty

Stay in tent was a different experience and remote area in middle of the desert wonderful experience we love it also the camel and jeep safari was great we also take candles light dinner on dunes which was incredible experience my wife love it

Rum-is desert, camp resort is a wonderful place to admire the real experience of desert, specially for families and couples. The room quite big size clean washroom. We definitely come back again and stay here. Ayub good take care of us
