Good food, clean swimming pool, awesome greenery, cool games.. Reccommended for the weekend for couples and families.

service is too poor and no Housekeeping support in case of light disconnect. aC were not working properly..

Rooms not cleaned, TV not working, No wifi, Swimming pools were dirty, Arrogant reception staff. Check in time was 2 pm. We reached at 2:15 pm, got room keys at 2:30 still the room was not clean. Had to run back to reception, shout at staff and then got room cleaned at 3 pm.

Food was excellent. The location and facilities were good. I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was polite and very well-mannered. They provided warm milk for my daughter in the evening and in the morning. I would definitely visit again very soon with my entire family and I highly recommend The Rurban Resort for a weekend getaway.

Stay was very good and comfortable. As i wanted a break from my busy schedule this place is recommended. Not so far from delhi. Less travel time. Faster reach. So perfect for a short fast break

**Bad Review for Rurban Resort** I recently stayed at Rurban Resort, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. We arrived excited for a relaxing getaway, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. First, the jacuzzi was malfunctioning, and to make matters worse, we discovered a nasty surprise—something resembling kai was stuck in the taps and came out while we were inside. When we reached out for assistance, the staff was incredibly rude. We simply asked for glasses to take our medicine, and they assumed we wanted alcohol glasses. Not exactly the service we expected! The area outside our hut was poorly lit, making us feel unsafe at night. We had paid for an extra bed, but what we got was essentially a piece of cardboard with a flimsy mattress on top—completely unacceptable. To top it off, we found rat droppings on that bed. The room itself was filthy; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We were provided with a broken kettle, and when we asked for a replacement, they gave us another broken kettle that was dirty as well. And to add to the horror, we found two frogs hopping around in our room! When we went to have dinner, we were greeted by flies on our crockery, and although we had no other options, we decided to eat anyway. To our horror, we found hair in our food. Just when we thought things couldn’t get worse, we spent the entire night battling bed bugs. We barely slept and ended up leaving at 6 AM, even though we had booked for another night. we expected basic amenities like clean water and towels, which were nowhere to be found. This trip, which was supposed to offer relaxation, left us feeling insecure and disgusted. I wouldn’t recommend Rurban Resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Save your money and find somewhere else!

The property and the food was good, however the rooms were not upto the mark. The bed was not comfortable and clean. The cooling system was not effective and tv was not working

The stay was okay. Property very good. But behavior of two staffs housekeeping was very unprofessional. Their behavior was not as expected for a resort kind of place in ncr. Plus the food was vegetarian in entire buffet for break fast, lunch and dinner but the booking didnt say so anywhere. The staff were the real issue if we talk of the negatives.

Recently we have visited this resort and the worst experience we face. There is no safe place for a family visit. We go with our 4 yrs old child. In front of our room there are 2/3 partys are going on at night time there are mope of 5/6 people's playing loud songs, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes inside the swimming pool. . Same thing also happened in the afternoon. Our son asked me what they were doing. At night around 10. 30pm we called the front office. But there was no response. We tried at least 10/12 time to communicate with resort manager. Lastly connect. But nothing happened. Party's upto 0100 am. Worst experience we face people are smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol anywhere.

Stay with r urban resort was awesome. Food was great, hospitality was great and staff behaviour was very well. Enjoyed a lot with my family.

Worst stay and food. Rooms were smelly and full of mosquitoes and there was no room service. Activities were closed and only opened for 1-2 hours. I never rate any place so bad but this was a pathetic experience.

Everything was perfect just the food was very very very costly, might be reduced for much visits. I love the taste hut since it was cost y had to skip the dinner

2 foul smelly tents/rooms mouses in tents poor lighting electricity failure no paid/ free channels ants in rooms electric cattle non functional almost no drinking water no free (booked rooms are not up to the mark and the resort has no other guests. Recommended only for day visit and that to in winter only

Resort is very nice and activities for kids are also very interesting. Kids enjoyed a lot. The worst part is room service. Room service was very pathetic. Hotel staffs were not responsive. Reason could be there were no sufficient staff members. R urban has to seriously do something about it. Tents were nice but not cleaned. Room does not have sufficient lighting

Staff of r urban resort was very polite and co-operative. Manish, one of the staff members, was really very hospitable to understand the activities offered by r urban resort.

Room was not well managed tap handle was broken, latches was broken, door bell was broken. Led tv isn’t not working. Rated 1 staff because of the food else everything was bad.

It was an excellent outing at r urban resort, it had all the facilities and staff were well behaved. The food was amazing but the prices for a la carte were a bit expensive. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Best part was their adventure activities which is free of cost if you stay there.

There is no room service provided by the resort despite the fact the terms mentioned at mm t site mention that room service is available at additional cost. We were ready to borne the additional cost, however they refused for the same. Moreover it is no where mentioned at the site of mm t that they provide only 8to8 restaurant service. They refused to serve even tea at 8am. The food is more than pathetic. You cant have bath because the water in bathroom is almost not running. Tv not working.
