This property seems to be under new management and could use some improvements. For a night, the upkeep and service felt below expectations. On arrival during a downpour, there was no staff to assist with parking or luggage, and check-in felt impersonal. The room was spacious and adequately equipped but needed better cleaning and small touches like coffee cups, more water, and clear service information. On the positive side, the food — both dinner and breakfast — was tasty. With better attention to detail and warmer service, this place has good potential.

Rustic Leisures Resort is in a good location with good amenities and activities...Rooms are spacious and hygienic.... Balcony is quite large... Food is delicious but more variety in the menu will further improve the experience.... Complimentary head massage was offered for ladies.... Outdoor ambience is enjoyable....Staff needs to be more professional and explain the amenities to customers as we had to constantly ask for many needs... Overall it was a nice experience at a reasonable price.

everything was excellent from the hospitality to the rooms, especially the food in the hotel restaurant

The stay was awesome! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The property offers plenty of activities like spa treatments, kayaking, and has a great restaurant as well. Highly recommended!

Stay is very good overall. Comfortable and neat rooms with balcony view. Swimming pool is neat. Responsive hosting. Excpet one issue at that time is geyser did not work properly on and off at times due to some repair works. Other than that its recommended for its price.

I wish there were more stars to give for service. This is by far one of the best properties my family has stayed in - in terms of service. Right from the front desk (special kudos to Hasna and Drishya) to their restaurant (Noitoi - Apologies, I might be mispelling the name, but she did a great job) - the entire team focused on providing the BEST service to us (I'm sure other guests would feel the same). The rooms are super spacious and spotlessly clean with all the needed amenities. Our room had a minor AC issue, which the team tried to resolve promptly, each time it was reported - they even offered a room change but we declined as we were checking out the next morning. But they went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The food in the restaurant - we had the complimentary breakfast on both days and we also had lunch here - is just amazing. The food options are good and taste is also great. Quantity, quality - both excellent. We also did a bit of fishing and caught some fish, which the restaurant cleaned and prepared for us - an experience we won't forget. The ambience - set aside the backwater, this place is seriously a great one to stay in. We had a chance meeting with the owners - very friendly and kind people. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for a few nights away from the hustle of the city - it's totally worth it. Thank you, team Rustic Leisures.

Very good property with good facilities, well maintained and neat and clean, very good swimming pool, excellent staff, quick connectivity to the main cities,

The stay was good, quite a calm place. The staff was very polite and kind. The food served was good. Rooms were clean and room service was good. We had some problems getting hot water in the showers, after continuing the follow up we got hot water. Other than that everything was good. We highly recommend this place to visitors for stay.

Airconditioner was so bad. Now it's summer season so they should provide good air-conditioned system.

Loved the property, huge and the best i saw in cochin till date with that much space and very friendly staffs.

Hotel rooms were clean, worth for money, food was excellent little far from city. Suppose if u are using public transport, keep in mind about this.

The stay was fine. Polite staff. Would have loved faster service in the restaurant. However, whatever they made was made well and we enjoyed it.

Unfortunately there doors, blankets, ac are terrible but we are not happy with mm t because as per your reviews it is not available there even breakfast is not good so we are planning to not book in mm t if you are providing perfect information we can book but you are playing with customers first mm t should visit the location and then they should check whether customer is saying the truth or not what i can say is mm t is responsible for our experience.

That was a nice stay. All the staffs are too good. Rooms are enough spacious. Breakfast was also good had a good boating experience and swimming

Booked and gave money for extra bed they provided after multiple requests almost 4 hours after. Hot water to take bath not available. When asked they said it will come. After multiple requests they came and checked, said will take 10 mins but after an hour it came. Before i book this hotel saw positive feedback in google and magicbricks. I think those also a trap. Dont ever stay here, its not near beach also.
