Genuine review : food is good even they can provide food as per your requirement like if u like non spicy ,non oily they can prepare that too,rooms are beautiful at nice location ,staffs are cooperative even we didn't felt that in Manali we don't have a home they hosted us very well.we loved ambience and hosting Thanks Rustic wood for nice and comfortable stay.

We had a mountain and valley view room, so the views were fantastic, even though there was a huge tree blocking our view, but despite that I found the views worth the price I paid. Plus it’s a new hotel, and still a few rooms being constructed, but we didn’t hear sounds of construction. Overall the rooms are newly built l, so flooring, curtains and everything looks new. They don’t have AC or fan and neither do they have a wardrobe. But they arranged a table fan and also changed our tv as it wasn’t working. So the staff is ready to go the extra mile to meet your requests. Food is good if you are ordering in the room, again I say good but not excellent. The breakfast served with package is not at all good. I didn’t try their buffet lunch or dinner. So a lot needs to be improved in terms of food. But service is very good and so are the views and since it is a new property it feels very clean and tidy.

Awesome Stay in Rustic Wood

We stayed for 5 days in Rustic wood. Location of the property is rally good. Food was tasty and on time service. Staff was very polite and helpful. Even night dinner we order it was tasty. View from the balcony rooms are stunning . Only one day faced hot water issue but they offered us compensation as a free dinner buffet . I felt they could have kept one extra table to keep some items and hangers for jackets and dress to hang outside of closet as well.

Property is decent but the in room dining service qas terrible. The person at the in room dining doesn't paid proper attention to our order even they charged twice for 2 food items until I notice it. Although was not tasty at all and was very expensive. Even the receptionist guy was arrogant and used words which he shouldn't. They take tourist for granted. You can visit property as it is good but dine in and room service is quite terrible and needs a lot of improvement but listen, they don't want honest feedback.

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and impeccable service stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, and the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming. A special mention must be made of Satish, the manager, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect. Whether it was providing insightful local tips or ensuring our comfort, Satish made us feel like we were at home. The property itself is charming, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, cozy rooms, and a peaceful ambiance that made it the perfect getaway. The food was also outstanding, with a great selection of local and international dishes. Overall, I highly recommend Rustic Wood Home to anyone visiting Manali. The combination of excellent service, a stunning location, and the personal touch provided by Satish and his team make it a place you won’t want to miss. I look forward to returning!

Stay was decent room condition was clean, food was, good staff was polite and hospitable view, was amazing the geyser mechanism could be better it takes a lot of water and time till warm water dispenses from the taps
