I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rustic Wood Home in Manali, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and impeccable service stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, and the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming. A special mention must be made of Satish, the manager, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect. Whether it was providing insightful local tips or ensuring our comfort, Satish made us feel like we were at home. The property itself is charming, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, cozy rooms, and a peaceful ambiance that made it the perfect getaway. The food was also outstanding, with a great selection of local and international dishes. Overall, I highly recommend Rustic Wood Home to anyone visiting Manali. The combination of excellent service, a stunning location, and the personal touch provided by Satish and his team make it a place you won’t want to miss. I look forward to returning!

The Rustic Wood is has the advantage of great location. You can see snow clad mountains in the morning. The also have excellent staff. Service was very good and all the employees were very receptive. We were travel-ling with a toddler and the kitchen staff was very helpful with the food

We booked private room with balcony, mountain view. The room and washroom are very good. Overall the property is very nice, its newly built. Food and buffet was excellent. Only catch is the road to the Rustic Wood, its rough, around 15min from the main road.

Good hospitality and location .Food taste is good.Property is new and well designed .All staff behaviour is very polite and helpful .Also economical as compared to others and location is on top and from room you will get sunrise view through mountains

Amazing location with amazing service, got rental bike from the Rustic Wood itself, mesmerising view from room, spacious balcony that we could sit along to enjoy the snow view. I would like to stay here only whenever i visit manali.

Location of property was very nice walk from property to Mall Road was just fun food was so testy speacialy breakfast was so nice room service was prompt they provide heater, balcony view was sooooo beautiful wish to go once more

The location was a little bit far from mall road but everything else was awesome be it the food, amenities or other services. The staff was also very helpful and courteous.

It was good stay at rustic wood manali. Fan, ac, heater nothing was available in room. Table fab was provided on next day after request. Staff was polite. Food was good. Overall it was good stay.
