RutuGandh Heritage

I had booked this RutuGandh Heritage for two days with a 1 day gap in between. The first day, they checked me into a room which was 'OK'. I wont call it great. Bedsheets could have been cleaner and the wall paint came out in some places, though not much. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. On the second day, i had booked at the same price but they checked me into a better room. This room was neat and clean, more spacious, walls were well painted and bathroom was clean. Their room service is quite good and fast. The food on the first day smelled, but the second day was good. Food was tasty, but too oily. Staff were courteous, but not pro-active in helping. They need to have more knowledge to share with the new travellers. We had requested to box-pack our complimentary breakfast as we had to leave early, which they refused to do. As per my first day experience, i would rate it 3, but for second day it would be 4.

This is a perfect spot for those who want to stay close to the famous Deccan Gymkhana area and yet find it peaceful. It's the parallel road to the busy road and hence not noisy. To add there are plenty of street food options and great restaurants within 1 km. The in-house restaurant is very good too, but they don't serve local specialties. The RutuGandh Heritage is well furnished, spacious room, clean room, and a clean toilet. But the toilet hardware, toilet windows, etc. Can go through an uplift though they are in working order.

Even with congestion created by metro work this is great location with deccan and lakshmi road accessible easily. Whatever deficiencies RutuGandh Heritage has, like no modern amenities like boiling kettle, due to old construction it makes up by great room service and courteous staff. We asked for early check in at 5:00 am and it was available though for a charge but that didn't bother. Food was decent. Only problem is RutuGandh Heritage does not show up on map to have exact location for cab.

The stay was nice in my room but i stayed in this property for 5 days for the business purpose but i'm unable to connect their wi-fi as well as cleaning of the room has to be done by hk (housekeeping) staff properly as i can feel that whenever i come to my room from office there was always a dust on the floor on moment when i touch the floor with my bare foot.

We have grateful to stay at rutugand heritage. Staff in the RutuGandh Heritage is helpful even though we are online customer. Food has a good quality and room service is much better than other RutuGandh Heritage we stay before. Room is big and worth for money. We would like to visit again and stay at rutugandh heritage RutuGandh Heritage in pune.

I had a pleasant stay in RutuGandh Heritage with my parents. But one thing which I would like to point out is the food is one of the best. The breakfast over here has a lot of variety each day. I would advise to take your lunch and dinner in the in-house restaurant. Even though the menu is not exhaustive but the food is extremely delicious.

Good place to stay in heart of pune for a business / solo traveller. Necessary protocols for safety and security needs to be followed better. Overall stay is pretty okay.
Average experience as far as safety standards are concerned. There could be scope for betterment in their approach, especialy in current covid situation.

Very good room service, washroom was well cleaned and other facilities provided decently. I have stayed at executive ac room with family. Room was spacious and well cleaned, good mattress provided. The stay here was worth it. The RutuGandh Heritage staff are polite and cooperative. I would recommend it for stay !

Hotel surrounding and staff behaviour was pleasantly indian cultured

It was a great experience but i needed to improve a few things like the switches were not working and the washroom was not clean as per my point of view

Location, rent, service and food quality and rate is good.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED. WITH THE BUDGET STRINGS, IT OFFERED EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY WITH SATISFACTION QUOTIENT MEETING THE BAR.

Small rooms are dumb but suits here are good

Pleasent stay. Spacious rooms. In house restaurant offers good food. Cordial staff. Recommended if you wish to stay in city centre.
