S4 RESIDENCY

Good stay with family of 14 members.
We were around 9 adults and 4 children and it was a very good stay for one night. We checked in very late by Around 1:00 Am in the night. The staff at the reception was kind enough to wake up and do the formalities for check in. We asked for two additional beds and were charged extra. Tea/coffee service personnel were very kind and helpful. Though the taste of tea/coffee could have been better. The rooms were kept clean and nice. The size of the beds are quite small, good enough for two adults and a child. However considering the price point and rooms they provide it is value for money.

The overall experience was good. The rooms were clean, along with the washrooms. Extra bedsheets were also provided on demand (same as pillows. Just a little tip for everyone - if you're going to stay during summer, i i prefer you to book the ac rooms because the non ac ones are too hot during the summer. If you're visiting during winter/spring/ autumn you can book the non ac rooms. (p. S you can definitely stay in the non ac ones 'which are on the first floor' during summer, but don't expect it to be too comfortable)

Location is good. I chose this S4 RESIDENCY due to my place of business is very close from this S4 RESIDENCY. Atmospheres is very peaceful despite situated on the very busy Road. Overall location is very good as all types of conveyance is available at the door of the S4 RESIDENCY.
The hospitality by the staff is very good that's why I extended my stay for a week. Good care n quick response. There is no food facility in the S4 RESIDENCY but the orders to out Side S4 RESIDENCY are quickly fulfilled.

I felt good during the stay in this S4 RESIDENCY Staffs are So genuine And I checked around Mid Night Staff's Cooperated With Patient And Note : When We Check Out We Left our Ring unnoticingly after Sometime Remembered And Headed out to the Room And Asked About the missing Ring They Returned It...they Safed it during Cleaning... Feel safed! The Overall Stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

S4 residency placed, near the bus stop, and railway station. We can get anything from outside like, clothes etc. Also, the receptionist are very kind, when ever i asked they are ready to help me. The room was nee t and clean. Thank you.

It was a good experience. Hotel was clean. Staff was cooperative. But there was absence of windows. However price was high. Food was available in nearby locations. All other facilities like shopping malls were available.

The place was close to the place i wanted to visit really nice but next time am looking for a sea side S4 RESIDENCYs so it could be wonderful to experience but this was amazing for a day travel

1. The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean. 2. Check in and check out process was very hassle free. 3. Value for money. 4. The ventilation seems to be poor in the non ac rooms.

Room quality are good and all working staff are professional.

Rooms are clean and good but the parking area was missing in the residency

OK, but that much preferable.
Room is OK, but their is not drinking water in room and no bathing amenities at all.

Good in city centre and assess for all kinds of items, like food, beach and shoping.

Receptionist behavior is very good.

We've stayed in family deluxe ac room. Everything is pretty good apart from some issues regarding powercut and room maintanence.

There are nice decent staff who provide on demand cleaning services without any delay or irritation. Really nice service.

This room was literally clean and staff behavior is very good

Television channels were not according to the customers. There were full of Tamil channels. Where we watch only Hindi channels
