The stay at s4 shruti appartments was very unpleasant. Basic facilities were missing. They didn't provide any kind of service. The care taker was very arrogant and was very difficult to communicate. Due to these reasons we had cancel our booking from s4 shruti appartments

familyThe owner and caretaker are very rude and the caretaker doesn't even provide mosquito repellant and the property is literally not well maintained with mosquitoes. They have mentioned in the description that room service laundry are available and the caretaker was threatening and arrogant while speaking during the check out time. The caretaker is not available here half of the time. There are no cutleries or not even a provision to have boil water. The property is so unhygenically maintained that if u keep the food open for 10 mins some mosquitoes will be found i side
