Washroom was so dirty and unhygienic, Lenin and bedding had hairs and dirt. I had booked executive room there were mosquitoes in room but, No Good night or all out provided. Even complementary mineral water and toothbrush, toothpaste not provided. Even in executive room per day. They are unable to provide soap or shower gel in bathroom. Tap water was muddy type.

some of the mentioned services and amenities not available like iron board, full menu, no room service or food after 10 pm in case you reach late, cleanliness average.

The location was perfect, close to shops and public transport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable but washroom is smelling so bad. Staff were friendly, although check-in took longer than expected. Breakfast was okay but could have more variety. Overall good value for money."

Mmt give me very good price for this hotel , room was clean . Staff was good i do check in late night but they do very fast check in. Just one thing they need to improve his washroom cleaning . In washroom many insects. My room no 106

Hi, this is regarding the room booking booked for 2 days from 12 th feb 2025 to 14 feb 2025. We had find out few things which was not good the first thing was that the delux room was totally dumped. When we asked for it to staff first he didn't replied. Secondary, we find the silicon based on wall which is not particularly good for our privacy. Third, the room and towel was not properly washed and fourth last but not least the water bottle was even not provided by hotel staffs. I will not blamed totally to staffs but to the owner who is not properly giving response. It has been cost to us for one day 4 k approx. Due to grievance, can you please refund the amount. We didn't wait for more than half an hour even. So, i will expect the amount to be refund. If not please give response to the particular mail, so, i can take the further steps or action as per my level. I will expect the response from mmt team and so i can take the proper action and complain to higher authorities

I booked room for 3 person each but the room was only for 2 person that too it was congested no good washrooms or any amenities

Location is not good. We get the luggage 3rd floor itself it is good experience. Receptionist is also not good behaviour

Hotel was good, staff was polite, hotel premises as well as room is also neat and clean only you can improve your fooding taste and best part in food you can provide to your customer fresh food location also good

The hotel was comfortable and had small but decent rooms. They were clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was also friendly. I would recommend the hotel as it is budget friendly with standard quality.
